Extremely over priced and poor quality. I ordered an everything bagel lox sandwich and it was one of the worse I’ve ever had anywhere. The bagel itself was almost bare with no seeds or toppings on it. It was cut awkwardly uneven and just lacked flavor.
They put some dismal slivers of tomato and onion with a small amount of capers, very stingy and forgettable. Some of the staff were nice but overall they seem to just fill it with teens that don’t care and just slap your food together.

The service is what really sets them apart. I asked for my bagel to be cut in half, and when they accidentally messed up, they went above and beyond by giving me a whole new bagel to take home for tomorrow. Read moreGot a dozen, and I wish that I hadn’t. Now we have 10 more mediocre bagels in the freezer. The texture and flavor are both off to me - compared to Wicked Bagels, Brueggers, or others. More on par with a super market bagel - though some of those are also better- e.g. Wegmans. I don’t know if these were boiled.
