The food was cold it tasted as if it was already prepared early when they open up and that's the one that they gave us the french fries also looked and tasted as if this food was cooked in the morning when they open up. The staff was outside all together eating, talking and laughing when we arrived. We drove up the drive-thru to placed our order. Three employees went into the restaurant, the others remained outside eating and talking. We try to put our order which we kept repeating yet the person taking the order couldn't understand us, after the 3rd time we requested if we could drive up to the window to place the order which she agreed. We were using Hardee's coupons for this order. They were laughing inside the three employees that went inside. They got everything together in a brown bag and the only thing that tasted fresh was the coke. It's a shame that this Hardee's have gone down like this I used to enjoy coming to Hardee's because of the way the food was cooked and tasted. It was always hot and the french fries and the burgers tasted so good as if they were cooked at the moment you placed the order. The last time we went to Hardee's i remembered that there were two employees and we were told there were not enough employees to take our order nothing else was said, not even as much as an apology from Hardee's (we wasted high cost gasoline to drive to Hardee's). I was reminiscing of how Hardee's use to be when we had moved to winder it always had customers inside also customers through the drive-thru. Read moreThe you lady that took my order was very kind very sweet , the manager had what I like to refer to as the (stomach virus face) & her attitude matched her frown .... I ordered a monster burger out in Texas toast ((the frisco bread)) ... it came out with 1patty instead of 2 & the meat was WARM but not hot enough to make the cheese melty WHATS WORSE!! The frisco bread that’s normally buttered & grilled just kinda looked normal When I realized my 2nd patty was I approached the counter & showed the manager SHE DOSESNT say a word to me & yell back to the cooks (LEMME GET ANOTHER BUGER MEAT) gives it to me in a lil basket & walks off!! Didn’t offer a polite “ohh I’m sorry sir” NOTHING, ... I probably don’t need to remind you she still has the I HATE ME JOB face I’ve worked retail all my life! If I owned this Hardee’s the manager will be fired on site
Between my stepson chicken sandwich & my monster burger it was $21!!!!!!!! ...... if I wasn’t starving I would have demanded refund & left
On positive note the place wash clean & the young cashier was a super sweetheart I did how ever take the opportunity to explain to my step son “you see the managers attitude? You see my sandwich? THIS IS WHY ITS 4:00/4:30 in the afternoon & this place is EMPTY!!!!!!

Read moreCame in this morning through drive thru, ordered and gave this cashier a paper coupon on top of my credit card . She took it and gave a weird look, I then saw her charge my card and put the coupon to the side . She gave my card back with no receipt , I asked her for the receipt and saw she did NOT apply my coupon . I asked her why didn’t she use the coupon I gave her , you charged my card for full price . Her reply ??? “Oh THEY didn’t apply your coupon?” “Who’s they???? You’re the only one who took my coupon and card ?” She then walked away and a a manger came and the girl was no where to be seen, the manager started giving us attitude and said she can’t give us a refund or anything because our card was already charged , we told her we gave her the coupon FIRST before / on top of our form of payment to which the manger was like “oh, you did” , uh yeah ?? We know how coupons work. The manger then sighed as if this was still our fault and not the cashiers , she said “all I can do is give you $2 back “ ??? Our total was $11 ? We ordered a $4 platter and a sandwich that was suppose to be $2.50 with coupon , $11- 4 = $7, $7 minus the supposed $2.50 does not equal $2 ?! We are owed more money . Ridiculous transaction....
