Night Sky Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Winder

This is a 10/10 all around. The shop is so cozy and well designed, you can’t help but find a corner and enjoy your stay as you admire the architecture, aroma, and historic details. I had the London Fog Latte hot with oatmilk and a cheese danish. The latte was wonderfully creamy and the tea flavor was just right (not too floral or bitter). I would definitely order this latte again (every day even, if I lived closer!). I was thoroughly surprised by the quality, texture and taste of the cheese danish. I am accustomed to pastries and dessert being a mediocre offering at any coffee shop but this cheese danish was flaky, crispy, and the glaze finish reminded me of eating a cheese danish version of a cronut. If Night Sky is just buying these danishes from a grocery store or Costco, I’d be surprised because this danish surpassed any that I’ve had in the past. I am in town for the holidays and needed a place to “work from home” with good WiFi, great coffee, and yummy food. Night Sky was incredible. I had such a lovely two days working from Night Sky. The staff were so kind, answering my questions about the store and making suggestions. The space was large with lots of room for working, catching up with friends, and playing games. This store is the true definition of a third space, a space that’s not work, that’s not home, that is just a place to be. I cannot wait to visit in the future and may have to make one more trip out before we head back to PA. You can see the vision as you walk in, it’s homey, and welcoming and has such a large selection of incredible drinks. Oh and it’s a micro roaster so the coffee is INCREDIBLE, and strongly caffeinated.

My family has been coming here since they opened and we have always had a great experience! Sometimes it can be a hassle to write a review but I had to take the time to after this past visit. I offered to pickup coffee with my 2 toddlers (mistake). They sat happy with their cereal cups and my younger one spilled his Frosted Flakes. I got most of it up but they said they would vacuum and told me not to worry. Walking out I had to navigate walking with my 2 toddlers and holding the coffee and i spilled my iced caramel macchiato. I called and they made me a new one free and brought it out to my car after I found some parking up front! Patricia is so sweet!!!
