DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! I agree with all of the other customers that posted bad reviews! This company should be reported to the BBB for selling scam warranties, poorly made furniture and horrible customer service! My wife and I purchased a mirrored bedroom set that we paid $5k+ for. It took nearly 1 month to receive the furniture. When we did receive it, there was a crack in the mirror on the side of the dresser and a drawer. In addition, the headboard brackets did not match up. Therefore, our headboard could not be assembled. EJ argued with us that we were not putting it together correctly and that we should've paid to have it assembled by his delivery service. We sent several pictures and after a week or 2 he finally realized that we were right and had us go pick up the correct parts. No, he didn't have it delivered to us for free, although it was their fault. We had to drive an hour away to the manufacturer to get the parts. When we purchased the set, EJ persuaded my wife to buy the warranty stating that if anything happens to the set, the warranty company will repair it w/no issues. Well, that was HUGE LIE!!! We hadn't had the furniture 1 year and had to file 3 claims. All were denied saying that it was still covered by the manufacturer or not covered, sigh!!! We called EJ, which we kept getting the run around. So, my wife called her credit card company and had them charge back the price of the warranty. Recently my wife attempted to open one of the drawers and the welded knob broke off. My wife and I called EJ 2 weeks ago to get a replacement. He was very rude and said that he would call the manufacturer. He said it was likely my wife's fault because she likely opened the drawer with force. A knob shouldn't break in half simply by pulling it because that's its intended purpose. We haven't heard from him. We believe he has blocked our calls or is ignoring them. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We had a similar experience as the other customers in that he was very pushy at the time of purchase. He wanted us to write a review before leaving the store and we hadn't even received our furniture yet. Within an hour of our leaving the store, EJ called my wife from his personal cell phone asking why she hadn't posted a review, which she had. We were out trying to enjoy dinner. If you do decide to buy from them, use your credit card, so that you have some recourse. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!!! It's a scam and they will not honor any claim that you submit. I intend to report the Warranty Company and Winder Mattress and Furniture to the BBB. In addition, I was told at the store that I was purchasing a 10-year warranty and when I called the warranty company, they said it was only for 5 years. Although my paperwork from the store said 10 years, they still wouldn't honor it. So, now I am on the hunt to find a knob that matches my set that I haven't had a year. Mind you, the drawers are flimsy and fragile. The set was not at the store when we purchased it, like the other customers, we had to order from a catalog and wait damn near a month for delivery. We needed furniture for our living room and I found this place on-line. When I got to the actual store they barely had any furniture on display in the store. My wife and I was going to leave but they talked us into staying. Said they could get us a good deal. But you pretty much have to order from catalogs. They were a little bit pushy too. They wanted us to write them a review in the store, before we even got our furniture. I told them I don't write reviews until I receive my furniture. We received the furniture 4 weeks later and I had to put the tables, couch, love seat and recliner together myself. I've never gotten furniture from a furniture place that was delivered in boxes. I found out there is a fee to have the furniture assembled. Shouldn't that be included? Never had to pay to have the furniture assembled, unless it was already included in the price. I ended up putting everything together myself. The salesmen need to be a little more clearer on everything. We do love the furniture though! But honestly if I knew we would order from catalogs and put the furniture together myself, I could have just ordered...

Don't buy anything from these people. They will scam you out of your money. He makes up numbers and when you ask for a breakdown he can't give you any because he's playing you. We went in to buy a mattress and boxspring and he quoted us $600+ for both. We paid $200 upfront and then ended up financing the rest. Please explain how our finance amount is almost $600???? HES A SCAMMER. You're better off going somewhere else. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT. He's overly pushy and tries to confuse you with his word play and in the end he'd have swindled you out of your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He won't even give you an exact delivery date because 9× out of 10 he's playing you!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡

To your reply, No. I will not remove this review. It has nothing to do with the finance company don't try to be smart. You put in the finance amount to be paid to you. And you clearly lied. You didn't account for the cash we paid you because that part didn't go on paper. You played us and you know exactly what you did. You're a swindler. I hope everyone sees...
