Pura Vida Juice Bar — Restaurant in Winder

Great little juice bar located conveniently in downtown Winder near the gazebo lot. Solid menu with healthy juice and light bite options such as salads, sandwiches, paninis and wraps, etc.

Ordered a Chipotle chicken 1/2 panini and a 1/2 Power House salad, no tomato.

Unfortunately, the tomatoes weren't removed from the salad and while it's not an overly huge deal, it does speak to paying attention to the requests of patrons. The avocado on the salad was browning already and did t appear appetizing as it was the first thing topping the salad. The panini was good - meat was tender. I like my panini bread with a slight crunch when biting into it, this one had more of a fresh-bread softness to it; taste was good.

Overall, the little joint was clean, nicely laid out, the staff was so nice and friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced. I'll be heading back for one of their juice...

I stopped by earlier today to grab a smoothie and a panini. The panini was fine, but there was a lot of inexplicable confusion over my smoothie. I ordered a 24oz, and not only did the lady assisting me try to ring me up for a 16oz, but they ended up making a 16oz anyway instead of the 24oz even after that correction earlier. I explained that I ordered a 24oz smoothie, and another lady behind the counter returned with yet another 16oz smoothie instead of the 24oz one that I ordered. She expected me to take the two 16oz smoothies, and I had to explain to her that I ordered a 24oz smoothie, so I want it in a 24oz cup and was unsure of the confusion behind all of this. Only then was the smoothie put in the correct cup size. It was just a very drawn out and unusual...

I got 7 juices and the power house salad with the avocado dressing. So far, everything is AMAZING. I’ve been looking for a place like this locally for forever, so I’m so happy to find this place!! Will be telling all of my friends about it because I’m obsessed!! The woman working this morning was so kind and I love that I walked in and worship music was on. 100% a business I will support!!! Will definitely make this a regular stop.

Update: I had the salad for lunch, and I typically don’t like salads. But, BEST SALAD EVER!! And I tried another flavor of the juice and it’s so good. I’m so impressed!!!

I would love to see a juice flavor with Watermelon, Orange, Pineapple, Lemon/Limes - but still, the flavors they...
