I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the winder, ga location tonight. I spent $50. I ordered 4 combo meals with 5 cheese krystals and chili cheese fries per meal... they didn't even put each meals fries in individual boxes!!! They had 2 big Styrofoam boxes and wrote " x2" on them!!!! Four people were eating these meals! We each should have had our own separate containers!!! I guarantee we didn't get the amount of fries in those as we would have in separate boxes!!! I also did not receive my child's 2 chili cheese pups!!!! This was just plain ridiculous!!! I've been to this location several times. But never had such a horrible experience like tonight! Just plain laziness!!! A couple weeks ago we were there and the guy that night was awesome... he bagged each meal separate...so each person had their own bag. I told him thank you that was great he separated it. Read moreIt is in my opinion that the Krystal’s in winder employees THIEVES!!!(19 Monroe Hwy) I shopped the winder store yesterday (6/27/23 at 11:23am), I purchased a medium root beer at 2.69 and noticed an additional charge for a NON CASH ADJUSTMENT of 12 cents… 2.89 was quoted to me over the speaker but I was charged $3.00 which was on the receipt, BUT when I called to check my pending charges it stated $3.60 was my latest transaction…. I know 12 cents is nothing to cry about but it’s the idea that if the employee IS in fact stealing a little at a time from customers here and there, what else is he stealing! Read moreI’m extremely disappointed. The young man at the window was professional when speaking to us due to the errors we had. I’ll now say that after handing all of our food back do to most of it being refrigerator cold, we still received it back incorrectly and yet again still cold. After sitting there for a total of 55 minutes without anyone in front of or behind us, we decided to cut our losses and take what we were given. Krystal’s, Please Do Not respond to our post with the common garble I’ve been seeing from the others who are dealing with the same issue. Close it down or find new management.
