Roses Express — Local services in Winder

Went to buy some pillow cases and bed spread since it sounds like a good deal. Was excited to wash them . When I opened it, to my horror, it had some oil stains and black dust on it. It was like someone was wiping a table on it. ALL of them had that issue. I opened the bed spreads and they also had weird oil stains and they didn't even fit the mattress at all. It's like a crib size. But this is not the end of this horror story, the next day I went to return all it. Cashier have gotten a manager, the manager came out, all dirty clothes not washed ,not brushed and had the audacity to say "I cannot return it because it was opened. Idk Would you buy it if it's opened?" I showed her the pillow cases and asked her if she would sleep on it? She answered "I cant!" And showed her the recipet that I bought it yesterday. She unhappily started returning it. Then she had a fit that I bought it in google app. I explained to her that she can return it as the same way I bought it. Won’t be back here ever again. It’s unfortunate because the prices are so good. I came here to look for pants for my son but ended up leaving and leaving the cart with items in it for the employees to clean up. The older black woman there is racist. I also set my child in the cart to shop (as I do every where else) and she got on to me about it. That’s fine but if you knew anything about laws you would know that IF my child were to get hurt I couldn’t sue yall anyway because of the notice yall have so at that point it MY choice, thanks. Also my son is old enough to not move and just wanted to watch his iPad. She then had a younger employee follow me around the store that was extremely noticeable because I would walk to different areas to see and sure enough, followed. She also then came over to where I was to “watch” me as well. I work as an account manager for a huge company, I don’t need to steal. They have great deals just triple check your receipt I hardly ever come to the store because it’s not in the direction of my house from work. Almost every time I go they accidentally ring me up double for the same item. The last time this happened I made it home took my things out the bag and had been charged triple for the same body wash so I called the store because I wasn’t about to drive back and I explained what happened and told the manager who the cashier was. I told Terrie the manager I wasn’t coming back that day and I don’t come that often she was super nice on the phone but when I finally returned to the store to get the body wash that I was charged double for instead of a refund she pretended like she had no idea what I was talking about she even looked at me crazy and said we don’t write those phone calls down I was out of $4.00 plus tax for something I never got.
