Somehow my iPhone I had to return to Apple mysteriously was "lost" and even though the store scanned it in and gave me a receipt, they said they are not responsible for loss of packages. It's weird because the package was never scanned in at the UPS hub but the IMEI and SN appeared on a eBay listing a few weeks ago. I ship 1,000+ packages a year through UPS and it's weird the only packages that consistently are "lost" are packages with specific package dimensions returning to specific addresses where everyone and their brother knows whats inside are expensive cellphones that are UNLOCKED with FIND MY IPHONE disabled because cellular carriers and Apple require that, therefore phones just "disappear" to never be seen again and this store has so far "lost" 3 phones of mine since they opened. This ups store charges me $3.00 to print a regular sheet of paper with an address label on it. It was NOT printed on special paper, it was REGULAR paper. I have added a picture of the paper. The first day I went there he charged me $2 and change. The next day he charged me $3.00 and told me it was because I used the self work station to print the 1 sheet. I’ve never printed such an expensive piece of paper at any ups store, or anywhere! Just bought a house in winder and needed to use this store to print a sheet of paper for my business because we hadn’t put our printer up yet. If this review gets deleted I will just post more. People need to know how expensive it is...
