Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Windham

I have to shout out to our waitress on Saturday October 6. My wife and I have extremely busy schedules and don’t get out to often. When we showed up the the gentleman in the front told us it would be a 30 minute wait. The party of six, we decided to wait. great job with the estimation, 28 minutes later we were seated. This is when we first met Autumn our waitress. I have been around the restaurant business pretty much all my life and have critique best of the restaurants around. Autumn should not only be recognized for her expertise but commended for her upbeat attitude. She is a great role model for the other waitresses and waiters there in the building and highly recommend her for management material. The food was great, drinks were consistent and the atmosphere because of Autumns presents was suburb. Autumn made a great tip Saturday she well deserved it. When we go back, my wife already said that we will requesting Autumn as our server. Kudos to Autumn, keep up...

Food was great, drink was great but my waitress Alicia N. sucked. My sister and her friend were visiting from out of state, she’s in the military and I haven’t seen her in EIGHT MONTHS!!!! We wanted to have a few drinks at the bar and catch up on life. We were laughing and having a great time, cracking jokes and remembering memories when we were kids. We were having a great time until the waitress decided we had too much after only ONE DRINK! And cut us off. Absolutely horrible experience for my sister and I. We were laughing and having a great time because we hadn’t seen each other since we both turned 21 and our first legal drinks together was a horrible experience considering we were cut off after ONE drink. I was a curb side pick up, and food was super cold. Seems as tho they took the rice out of the fridge, took it out the plastic baggie and put it in my togo box. Chicken was really cold as well. This place is going down hill unfortunately. UPDATE: The wait staff is sexist and are not the brightest bunch. The kitchen "crew"the call them selfs cook's but really can't cook a steak to save a life, everything is done in a microwave and nothing is safe there. That place is a mess and they seem to never clean it, Health inspector and the building inspector and insurance company should go check this place out. So many code violations and health hazards.
