Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Windham

The lady at the end was very rude and angry because I wanted more lettuce- a free item. It wasn't an obnoxious amount of lettuce either. She put 2 finger pinches on one half of my bowl when I asked for extra lettuce. She kept adding literally a pinch of lettuce each time and was refusing to give me more until I asked if I could just have lettuce on the other end of the bowl so my toppings don't get smashed to the bowl lid. She proceeded to sass and scold me for her being skimpy. I never knew lettuce was such a big deal at chipotle. She crushed the lid to my bowl and it wasn't sealed. I had to ask for a new lid and for them to properly seal it. Then some random customer starts harassing me all while I was kind courteous and polite through out to the employees until a certain point at which I still wasn't rude. Meanwhile the lanky manager with glasses is just sitting there let this miserable rude employee just make everyone's day miserable over literally some lettuce. He told me it's 1 oz OKAY and I know for a fact I can get extra lettuce because you can get extra of anything besides protein guac or queso. No apology. Also I'm a weight lifter I track macros and measure my food on a scale daily there wasn't even 1 oz of lettuce on my entire bowl and they forgot my...

I was so excited that one of my favorite fastfoodie places was coming to town. We were able to check it out today. Sadly we were very dissapointed :( First the portions are very sad. They skimp on EVERYTHING!! Just not the price$$$. It is also run by a bunch of young kids who were chatting back and forth about who liked who and what thier weekend plans were. Not paying any attention to thier customers. I had to repeat myself a few times just to get my order correct. And third we were very disgusted with the cleanliness of this restaurant. It was filthy! Food all over the floors. Nothing was wiped down. Everything was sticky and you could see a film of dirt from whatever rag had gone over everything. Our plan was to eat in however after seeing how dirty it was we took our food home to eat. Sadly we will not be returning. :(**Update: We decided to give this location another try yesterday. It is just as dirty as the first time we visited. The staff has zero personality and the portions are very sad!! Will not be going back!! If you check out reviews for this location on other sites they did not score highball all!! Perhaps the manager or owners of this location need to actually read and listen to what it's customers are saying...

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Chipotle in Windham, Maine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a joyful and kind staff who made my visit truly memorable. Gretta crafted the best burritos I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and skill in preparing each burrito was evident in every bite. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. While enjoying my meal, I noticed Roman and Tracy diligently cleaning and making the dining room sparkle. Their dedication to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment did not go unnoticed and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Emilson, the chef, was amazing. The food was cooked to perfection, and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. Each dish was prepared with care, and the quality was top-notch. Even the manager, Ben, was hands-on, scrubbing dishes and ensuring everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to see such teamwork and commitment from a restaurant staff, and it made a significant difference in my dining experience.
