T-Mobile — Local services in Windham

I cannot thank the team at This T Mobile store enough for their OVER THE TOP helpfulness and courtesy!! My girlfriend & I came in at 6 to set buy and set up 2 phones on a new plan. Unfortunately we ran into several snags (not the fault of the store team). Celeste and Evynn would not leave until we were set up properly and everything worked. We ended up at the store until 9:30PM!!! That's an hour and a half past their closing time!!! They were AMAZING and helped us with everything! This is the type of customer service that needs to be appreciated on a different level and I hope they both get a raise for their outstanding work ethic. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful (I have never used T Mobile before). I will definitely be coming back to this store in particular for all my phone needs.

ALSO, Dylan was extremely helpful with helping me pick out a phone the day before. He knew his tech very well and helped me decide what features and model phone I needed. He even pointed me in the right direction for screen repair at a local shop (which was once again, the best repair service I ever had right down the street).

Went in store Windham ,Maine on 8-12-25 to switch from Verizon to T-mobil and purchase two new phones. there was only one person working and could not get any service so we decided to come back the next day. we met with Cameron who apologized and assured us this isnt the norm with T-Mobil. Cameron gave us our options we told him we needed a day to think about it and he said no problem come back tomorrow at 10:15 and we get you set up. we show up at 10:15 and found people standing outside and the door was locked. we approached the door and finally a employee opened the door and said we can open the store today because of a system failure. No come back later or I hope to see you again just stood at the door and basically told us we had to leave. very disappointing and we will not be using T-Mobil or purchase phones from them. very poor...

The service is fantastic, however the sales people at this store are no help what so ever, and you pay extra to buy from them. I bought 3 One Plus 9s which don't work on about 1/2 of the towers in Maine because they are ATT owned networks. The manager always has an excuse how he cant do anything in store. I gave them several chances to fix the issues before I asked to return the phone. He would not budge on any thing, saying he could not physically do anything. He wants me to call corporate who always have a several hour wait. I paid $120 specifically to work with this store and not have to deal with corporate and they do nothing. Horrible customer service, Always polite, but absolutely useless.
