So, I ordered a double steakhouse w/ sm fries & drink with a side of 8pc nugs for a second person at home. Driving home I find out they didn't put my sm fries so i swing to Wendy's for my fav chili cheese fries & continue to go home. I don't eat my food right off probably an hour later I start eating when I find out the the burger is a single. That's a double disservice, that BK is known & is a running joke at my work in the same plaza that they forget fries all the time. An don't get me started on ordering onion rings. Lol. Cause that's when they give you fries when you order onion rings.. So I go back to which I never do! I'm just there to get what they charged my card it's only fair to get what they charged my card.. i forgot the receipt in the car. So yeah I'll give them that, that they made a double burger for me but they didn't want to give me the sm fries THAT I NEVER GOT IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. Lol.. so there not giving me the fries that I never got to begin with. Again lol THAT'S RICH!!!. if I was full white I bet this wouldn't have happened they judged me as soon as I walked in. This type of treatment is racially unacceptable.. Then as I was leaving I found the receipt in the cup holder of the car. So I went back in, gave it to them cause the whole time I know they thought I was running a scam! By the way they spoke to me.. So disrespectful. An I told them to keep the fries & thank you!. I got my fries already at Wendy's.. So the point is people DO NOT DRIVE AWAY FROM THE WINDOW "IN MY OPINION" TILL YOU CHECK YOUR ORDER SO YOU DON'T GET DISAPPOINTED/ DISRESPECTED LATER!.. God bless everyone. Stay safe in...
Read moreHonestly, if I could give this negative stars I would. I come through drive thru a few weeks ago, and purchase some mozzarella sticks. They ring me up, charge my card, and tell me to pull around front and they'll bring my food out. After waiting for 5 minutes, they decide to come out and tell me that they're out of mozzarella sticks, and want to know if I want a 10 piece nugget instead. Well, no. I don't want them. By this point, I've been waiting 10 minutes. They didn't refund my money, they "took my name down for 3 orders of mozz sticks." Sure, that's fine. Fast forward to this evening. I used the mobile app to place my order, sent the order almost 5 minutes before I pulled in. We pull into drive thru and let them know we have a mobile order. They asked me to pull around front again, because the mozzarella sticks weren't ready. I waited out front almost 10 minutes. While the staff goofed around and looked at the 3 cars all pulled out front that had come through the drive thru, and had to wait for their orders. She finally came out, and brought all the food for everyone who was waiting at once. The other cars that were waiting, pulled in 5 after I did. You're telling me it took 7 minutes for you to cook 8 mozzarella sticks? No, you waited until all the orders were up, so you didn't have to make more than one trip. To top it off, I still had to go back in and ask for sauces. Incredible. I have worked in the service industry my whole adult life. I never ever complain, but every single time I order from this place, they can never get it together. It's pretty...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Burger King for years and it’s definitely going downhill. I live about 20 minutes away from this location. 50/50 chance if you get a decent crew on shift or a bunch of people who make it very clear that socializing is their #1 priority. For some reason they can’t seem to figure out what’s on a bacon king burger lately. Recently they forgot to put on cheese and didn’t even know it came with cheese. Tonight they forgot the bacon. On a burger with bacon in its name. I always have to check my order in the parking lot before leaving because they mess up my burger constantly. It’s not even a complicated order. Tonight my husband picked up the food and forgot to check before he left. I shouldn’t have to waste 45+ minutes of my day because they can’t pay attention to the order screen rather than chatting amongst themselves. I can understand the occasional mistake, but the amount of times recently I’ve had to have my food remade...
