So I've waited quite some time to post and I was a tad more upset when it happened but I always give management a chance to respond, which they haven't so this was from April 15th at dinner time, take out with a couple appetizers which were cold, and a sandwich which was fine. This burnt mess is breadsticks with cheese, hard as a rock, and as you can see a little blackened. Gross, not edible, and if I hadn't been take out there is NO WAY they would've brought that to a table. This comes on the heels of a burnt 3 topping pizza the week before although we did manage to choke down a couple pieces before I threw out to the trash pandas. I've sent FB messages and it automated messaged me to contact management to which I left a couple messages with no return call. ✌✌

The one thing that kept me coming back once in a while was the chicken tenders. The price went up and the new chicken tenders have more bread than meat. Go to the Beacon. It’s far better and the price is comparable. Edit: This is a response to your reply. I’ve been coming there forever. It is not the same. The batter used to be thin with lots of chicken inside. Now they are just like any Sysco chicken tender. Huge chunks of batter with zero meat. Zero chance they are the same as what I’m used too.

We ordered takeout & we were pleased. Pats is a busy pizza place, with friendly staff. The pickles on the subs are delicious. The veggies on the subs were super fresh, and tasty. The salami wasn't for me, but it was still a solid sandwich. Pictured are 2 sides we ordered, both really good. I would definitely go again in the future. I was impressed with the freshness of everything.

After a very long day of working, I wasn't in the mood to cook. I asked my husband if he would like to go to Pat's Pizza in Windham. We have lived in Casco for eight years and never visited this establishment even though we eat out frequently. We were told the wait would be 20-25 minutes, we got lucky we only had to wait 10 minutes and our name was called. We were seated and it wasn't long before the waitress took our order. What we noticed while waiting for our food to arrive was insane madness. Many unruly children were racing through the restaurant, throwing things, knocking things over, SCREAMING at the top of their lungs, eating pizza on the fly, etc. It was utter chaos!!! If we hadn't already placed our order and received our appetizer we would have left. Our waitress apologized several times for the noise and unruly children and said it usually isn't this bad. Hello!! She also apologized for taking an hour to serve us our food. She said they were understaffed. I ordered haddock parmesan with alfredo sauce and my husband ordered spaghetti and meatballs. We tried this restaurant because we purchased a dine-a-round book this year and we thought we would give it a try. The food was mediocre, the only reason I am giving a rating of ** instead of a *. The mediocre food would not stop us from coming again, but, unfortunately, the free rain that children have in this restaurant is like nothing we have EVER experienced. My husband is in his 70's and I am late 60's. We love children (my husband is a retired school teacher/Principal) but this was the most unpleasant dining experience we have ever had, bar none! They advertise a relaxed dining experience....it was anything but. We will...

Arrived around 4 pm asked for outside seating for party of 3. Was brought to deck. They sat us . It was sunny outside 90 degrees. I asked if we could have a corner table that was empty and had partial shade. She said no the table was dirty. So she sat us at the original table. Then when our waitress arrived I said it's so hot can we move to another table with some shade she said no that tables for 7. Didnt even offer to move 1 of the 2 tables down to meet another table.she said want to go inside . I said I'm not comfortable yet. The deck was slow 1 table with 2 guys at it. When they left they immediately cleaned that table. While we were there only others were on ground at a picnic table. Then another couple and a kid showed up and they where seated at the table in corner partial shade they told us was dirty and they never cleaned. So I believe they lied to us and just didnt want us to sit there for some reason. I have never seen any place that didnt want to accommodate us when asking so little. Noone else even came to the deck except a couple who sat at a picnic table after the 1 with a kid left. We all had 2 tall beers each. 1 appitzer and a meal each. And I asked for a box for the app so no flies got on it and she took so long to bring it. I thought she was nice at times but felt like we were treated bad and didnt care about what we thought or asked for. She was rude and I will never return to windham or recommend to anyone. I have not been treated so disreputable and asked for nothing. I was pleasant to all and and no way was mean or disrespectful. Not a winham fan at all and we all enjoyed your new deck area so I am...

I knew what town i was headed to. I googled " pizza" and when Pat's came up, that was the ball game. Now, let me tell you why. There was also a Pat's in the town i raised my family, and Pat's is THE go to. Any, ANY public event, big game, school thing....Pat's. Now, the rest of the story. (Paul Harvey♥️) Last night, I got my pizza and took it to my buddies place to visit. He, like me, raised HIS boys, here, with this Pat's. And his oldest said, offhand like, " Pat's. It's the sauce." Now, i write a lot of reviews. This one wrote itself. If you're in Windham, and you want to eat like the locals , this is the place to do it. It would not be fair to Windham to mention this: there are at least twenty restaraunts within sight of Pat's, and some have had many, many inc arnations. If you can't find what you're hungry for in Windham, then you don't...you know.....eat. Food. Mainers are the most delectable of locals anywhere in the world. I was one, once, long ago. Just don't suggest improvements to Maine. Go to France, or something, for that sort of thing. Maine. There are entire realms there, said Stephen King. He was right. Sandwiches from Pat's and Sebago Lake. I just put that there because someone is going to read that and say, " Ayuh, member that?" Its ubiquitous to the region. Also, a pizza and a sandwich..22 bucks. Thats pretty good, imho. Service was excellent, for the gallant crew of young staffers. The young are our greatest treasure, and our last best hope. If youre offended by youth....im sorry for you. May I never, ever, grow old. Celebrate all young people!🇺🇸🏳️‍🌈🏴‍☠️ I am...
