Corn dogs were just ok. Never had a corn dog with just mozzarella. 2 of my party got it thinking a hot dog would be in it. Staff and in store and online menu need to be consistent and better explanation. Menus are misleading. Not all the deserts listed online were in store. I got half and half crispy ramen. couldn’t believe a corn dog with just mozzarella was more than the original or half an half even with cash or card charge. Not worth 7 dollars a piece. Milk tea was ok. The best part were the desserts. The chocolate trio and double chocolate croissant were great. My party said the macaroons were good. I would not recommend taking kids here. The main chairs to the tables have fabric on them and had stains on them when I sat down. This place is more into ambience than making quality products. It was after noon on a Saturday and there were 3 other people in the sitting area. Florida locations much better. Only went to this one because I thought it would be good like what I experienced in Florida. Won’t recommend. **On top of all that I went in on Aug 26 after leaving I saw a Facebook post that said spend 40 dollars get a select snack bag free offer ends august 31. I spent 40 dollars on one charge and 7 on the other. maybe the clerk who took both orders didn’t know but another clerk should have stepped in and mentioned something on the first or 2nd order. there were at least 7 other people working up front that I saw that day and as stated they weren’t busy. Update: they did honor my request for the snack bag when I showed the post. luckily the employee who took my original order was working the day I went back **

$$$EDITEDIT: 2star to a 5 for atmosphere. Music was playing this time and family’s smiling, super clean/organized more (was sweet to help bring food to table didnt even have to wait long or ask for help-AND THEY HAVE PHO did not even know that-trying next time!), BUT for two people I spent over 43$$$ and still tipped 15%. Wish the prices were more reasonable! If it was 30< I’d be there all the time and willing to tip more at times just because the food/service is great. :/ Edit: Changing my 1 to a 4! The foods great/fresh made to order, the staff were nice by helping me pick food to try, the boba is also so good! The only thing I did not like is there was no music playing, the atmosphere was off and quiet, so was a bit weird, but clean and inviting bit dark. Not sure if it’s bc they call the numbers out for orders but some back ground music would be great! Other wise if that was different and my sandwich was a little hotter for sure 5! (That’s mostly bc I waited to eat it right away not knowing I would be waiting for a fresh Korean dog only about 2min-3min and worth it, I ate it at home and it was still hot after my drive.) One: Went at 10am as advertised online and on google and the store hours on the door read 11am for Sunday! Disappointed wanted to try.

Paris Banh Mi is an absolutely amazing experience with great food that packs quite the punch for your taste buds. It's great mix of continental Parisian cuisine and baked goods crossed with traditional Vietnamese treats makes a great meal. For food, I ordered the special croissant sandwich. It was awesome! The croissant itself would've made an amazing meal, it was just so amazing baked and buttered. But the meats and other garnishes were great as well. And another great part of the menu is that there is food for everyone! From the more adventurous to the kiddos, like the wide selection of Korean corn dogs. The service was just as good as anyone could've wanted. Food came incredibly quickly, and the staff was all kind and I have no complaints. The atmosphere was upbeat and the whole place had a positive vibe. Everything was clean and comfy, resulting in a relaxing environment. In summary, Paris Banh Mi is an absolutely amazing place. If you're in the area, go here! There's stuff for everyone, it really is an awesome restaurant that I recommend 100%

Since you couldn’t take the time to read the whole review, I moved the edit to the top.

Editing to correct the review, changed to 1 star, based on you doubling down and backing terrible service. Not worth of even one star, in my opinion. We can agree to disagree, and you may be right about the order error, because I wasn’t standing right there, I didn’t hear her but our other friend was and did and they both believed she ordered the right thing. I don’t know, but either way, his customer service was horrid. And if you stand by that, this isn’t an establishment we will ever visit again, or suggest to others. I can’t imagine that your camera actually picked up any audio in there because it was very loud. Based on his lack of solution finding, I doubt he has ever gotten compliments on his customer service. Had he apologized for the error and even offered to make her the right item, she would have paid for it. However, he simply said, oh well, and didn’t care. Either of us would have gladly paid for her to have something she could eat, but based on his response, we chose to go elsewhere. If your business doesn’t value customer satisfaction enough to “take a hit” on a $12 bowl of noodles, you have a failing business model. To be clear, she didn’t ask for anything for free.

Two co-worker/friends and I visited the Windsor Heights location yesterday and were really excited to try it. This was my second time here, and their first time. The food was great, fresh and prompt. However, there was a mix up while ordering. One person ordered an N2, Vermicelli Bowl and it was rung up as a PN2, Pho. It was not discovered until they brought the food out. She explained the error, and the guy literally argued with her about what she ordered. Zero customer service skills. After that, he went back to the registered and printed off the receipt, which she already had and showed him she did pay for it, but it wasn’t what she wanted. He literally told her she was wrong and oh well, and he walked away.

We approached him again at the counter and just asked if he was going to make it right or refund her money or something and he said no, he didn’t do anything wrong, our friend was wrong she ordered what she wanted and that’s what she got.

We understand the error, but it was also their first time there, she did order the right thing, he just rang it in wrong and refused to do anything about it or make it right. It was loud in there, and people do make mistakes, she wasn’t angry, just wanted something she would eat. He said he wouldn’t do anything because he wasn’t the manager, When we asked for a manager he said they weren’t there and there was no owner.

She didnt eat her pho because she doesn’t even like pho. So, we asked for a to go container, since she paid for it we weren’t going to just leave it there.

Unfortunately due to his lack luster service skills and unwillingness to even offer to do anything else, we won’t be back. I refuse to go somewhere and pay money for something and be...

I love this place! My husband and I waited months for this place to open so we were excited that it finally was. We stopped in for dinner tonight. The place was packed and it was all Asians so that was a good sign. I was worried that since this is a chain the food might not be authentic. But if Asians like it, it must be good. And it was.

I got the B2 sandwich with grilled pork and my husband got the B7 sandwich with pĂątĂ© and barbecue pork. I was too chicken to try the pĂątĂ©. We both loved our sandwiches. They were SO good! The bread was the perfect amount of crispy and crunchy without being overly so. I loved the pickled carrots and radish, cilantro and jalapeños. The sauce was excellent, too. The sandwich was a good size at 10” long! I know because I measured it. It was $8 for a sandwich. That’s more than what most places in town are charging for a Banh mi, but I felt like it was worth it because the sandwich was a good size. I like that they have sandwiches on croissants and round buns, too. Something for everyone.

I was really impressed with how the place looked. It was very modern and clean. The menu was easy to read on the wall. They had some prepackaged Vietnamese snacks along one wall. The place is so different and unique. I especially love that they have flavored teas, milk teas and slushies. They seemed a little bit on the pricey side, though.

The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because the line to order food took a really long time and it wasn’t even that long. I know they are new and probably still figuring things out, but they need a better system to get the line moving faster. Overall, I think this is a great addition to Windsor Heights and I love that’s it’s less than a mile away from my house. I’m sure it’s going to be one of our new favorite...
