Since you couldnât take the time to read the whole review, I moved the edit to the top.
Editing to correct the review, changed to 1 star, based on you doubling down and backing terrible service. Not worth of even one star, in my opinion. We can agree to disagree, and you may be right about the order error, because I wasnât standing right there, I didnât hear her but our other friend was and did and they both believed she ordered the right thing. I donât know, but either way, his customer service was horrid. And if you stand by that, this isnât an establishment we will ever visit again, or suggest to others. I canât imagine that your camera actually picked up any audio in there because it was very loud. Based on his lack of solution finding, I doubt he has ever gotten compliments on his customer service. Had he apologized for the error and even offered to make her the right item, she would have paid for it. However, he simply said, oh well, and didnât care. Either of us would have gladly paid for her to have something she could eat, but based on his response, we chose to go elsewhere. If your business doesnât value customer satisfaction enough to âtake a hitâ on a $12 bowl of noodles, you have a failing business model. To be clear, she didnât ask for anything for free.
Two co-worker/friends and I visited the Windsor Heights location yesterday and were really excited to try it. This was my second time here, and their first time. The food was great, fresh and prompt. However, there was a mix up while ordering. One person ordered an N2, Vermicelli Bowl and it was rung up as a PN2, Pho. It was not discovered until they brought the food out. She explained the error, and the guy literally argued with her about what she ordered. Zero customer service skills. After that, he went back to the registered and printed off the receipt, which she already had and showed him she did pay for it, but it wasnât what she wanted. He literally told her she was wrong and oh well, and he walked away.
We approached him again at the counter and just asked if he was going to make it right or refund her money or something and he said no, he didnât do anything wrong, our friend was wrong she ordered what she wanted and thatâs what she got.
We understand the error, but it was also their first time there, she did order the right thing, he just rang it in wrong and refused to do anything about it or make it right. It was loud in there, and people do make mistakes, she wasnât angry, just wanted something she would eat. He said he wouldnât do anything because he wasnât the manager, When we asked for a manager he said they werenât there and there was no owner.
She didnt eat her pho because she doesnât even like pho. So, we asked for a to go container, since she paid for it we werenât going to just leave it there.
Unfortunately due to his lack luster service skills and unwillingness to even offer to do anything else, we wonât be back. I refuse to go somewhere and pay money for something and be...
Read moreI love this place! My husband and I waited months for this place to open so we were excited that it finally was. We stopped in for dinner tonight. The place was packed and it was all Asians so that was a good sign. I was worried that since this is a chain the food might not be authentic. But if Asians like it, it must be good. And it was.
I got the B2 sandwich with grilled pork and my husband got the B7 sandwich with pĂątĂ© and barbecue pork. I was too chicken to try the pĂątĂ©. We both loved our sandwiches. They were SO good! The bread was the perfect amount of crispy and crunchy without being overly so. I loved the pickled carrots and radish, cilantro and jalapeños. The sauce was excellent, too. The sandwich was a good size at 10â long! I know because I measured it. It was $8 for a sandwich. Thatâs more than what most places in town are charging for a Banh mi, but I felt like it was worth it because the sandwich was a good size. I like that they have sandwiches on croissants and round buns, too. Something for everyone.
I was really impressed with how the place looked. It was very modern and clean. The menu was easy to read on the wall. They had some prepackaged Vietnamese snacks along one wall. The place is so different and unique. I especially love that they have flavored teas, milk teas and slushies. They seemed a little bit on the pricey side, though.
The only reason I didnât give them five stars is because the line to order food took a really long time and it wasnât even that long. I know they are new and probably still figuring things out, but they need a better system to get the line moving faster. Overall, I think this is a great addition to Windsor Heights and I love thatâs itâs less than a mile away from my house. Iâm sure itâs going to be one of our new favorite...
Read moreCorn dogs were just ok. Never had a corn dog with just mozzarella. 2 of my party got it thinking a hot dog would be in it. Staff and in store and online menu need to be consistent and better explanation. Menus are misleading. Not all the deserts listed online were in store. I got half and half crispy ramen. couldnât believe a corn dog with just mozzarella was more than the original or half an half even with cash or card charge. Not worth 7 dollars a piece. Milk tea was ok. The best part were the desserts. The chocolate trio and double chocolate croissant were great. My party said the macaroons were good. I would not recommend taking kids here. The main chairs to the tables have fabric on them and had stains on them when I sat down. This place is more into ambience than making quality products. It was after noon on a Saturday and there were 3 other people in the sitting area. Florida locations much better. Only went to this one because I thought it would be good like what I experienced in Florida. Wonât recommend. *On top of all that I went in on Aug 26 after leaving I saw a Facebook post that said spend 40 dollars get a select snack bag free offer ends august 31. I spent 40 dollars on one charge and 7 on the other. maybe the clerk who took both orders didnât know but another clerk should have stepped in and mentioned something on the first or 2nd order. there were at least 7 other people working up front that I saw that day and as stated they werenât busy. Update: they did honor my request for the snack bag when I showed the post. luckily the employee who took my original order was working the day...
