Honor Coffee Co - Winnsboro — Restaurant in Winnsboro

Was excited to try this coffee shop. We ordered two cappuccinos and they were watery, not good at all. I even asked if it was a single or double espresso shot and the barista said double, not sure how that could be. The drinks were like milky water, not cappuccinos at all. Maybe they just don’t make traditional espresso drinks but we won’t be back.

While my drink was made with oat milk understand it doesn’t have the same amount of milk fat for frothing but the second drink was made with whole milk and tasted the same. Do feel like we’re coffee knowledge and have never ran into this before at coffee roasters in Dallas and Austin.

I am not really a sweet coffee girl. I love black coffee but I wanted to give Milk & Honey a chance. I ordered the 1855 and it was fabulous. It was flavored very well without being overly sweet. I didn’t feel like I was left with sugar coating my teeth. Johnathan was super welcoming when I came in. There was a small line when I got there but i still did not wait very long at all. Loved my experience at Milk and Honey!! It’s like visiting family there. Jonathan and Tessa are so welcoming when you walk in, and the lattes are always delicious! The muffins I’ve had were exquisite! So glad we have a new place to gather with other community members and enjoy their menu offerings! Can’t wait to try the holiday treats.
