My mother, who is a frequent customer, was sick and the owner called with an attitude about her being sick and not cancelling her appointment. She has been a customer for over 5 years. She has used multiple services like hair, feet, sauna, ie has spent a good amount of money at this local business. my mom acknowledged she was wrong on her part for not cancelling, she was extremely sick, however, then the owner Cheryl raised her voice at her, then mimicked her accent. The mockery has happened multiple times before. Unfortunately when you are Latino in a small town ppl like her take advantage of making fun. I have personally spoken with staff there and they have had an uppity attitude. My sister was treated rudely by Tia, as if she were an inconvenience. Basically if you want to be treated nice you gotta be uppity, snotty and have a terrible personality to be respected there. It’s just a typical small town location that thinks it’s fabulous because it has a fancy name. Go anywhere in the real world and this place ain’t nada, (nothing for those who are tragically monolingual). Needless to say, don’t waste your hard earn dollars on a bougie cheap...

Every experience I've ever had here has been nothing short of amazing. Kim and Jenny are fabulous at pedicures and manicures, they are so filled with love and compassion for you its just the sweetest most genuine experience, I love Lynn and cannot say enough great things about her either, but you really can't go wrong with any of the masseuse on staff. And my most recent experience with Josee and Rebecca with my hair was phenomenal. I was running a bit late and was willing to walk out with wet hair but they wouldn't hear of it, despite having other clients stacking up they figured it out and met their other clients needs while still finishing me and I could not be more grateful.
