Second time I’ve made the SAME order and now the second time they’ve screwed it up the sameee way. I ordered two breakfast burrito meals and I keep only getting one, then when asked why the price changed after I clarify at the window before paying that I have two meals— I don’t understand how I’m still only getting one. Manager is terrible with her attitude and blamed me by saying we didn’t order two of them. We specified more than three times at the window our exact order, asked if everything was in there when given the bag, checked in the bag and was missing the entire meal. Looked at the receipt and it wasn’t even on there despite saying multiple times that we wanted two breakfast burrito meals. I’ve got a newborn and a toddler and sometimes a quick drive through meal is an easier route— I’ll just save my money from now on. Read moreThis location screws up my order almost every single time. Mostly on weekends. I always order a big breakfast WITH HOTCAKES and they always forget the hotcakes. Then upon getting home, I notice my big breakfast doesn’t have hotcakes, I get them specifically for my 2 year old who loves them. I drive ALL the way back to the location wait there for 15 mins before even being acknowledged, (mind you this was almost when breakfast was over) so they made me wait there, I couldn’t even get hotcakes for my order because “breakfast was over” how is that my problem? You messed up my order I wanted my hotcakes for my son, now my food is cold. Offering a “refund” won’t do anything when now I get to go home and my son is going to be mad because he doesn’t get his hotcakes. Read moreMy volunteer ambulance crew made a run to Winona and tried to get coffee by walking through the drive through as our rig doesn't fit. They were told that walking through the drive-through was not allowed. A person in a car offered to get them their coffee and while waiting, the manager came out and told them they could not do that either. I spoke with that manager today and he basically told me we could use the app to order coffee as our only option. I am really disappointed that my volunteer ambulance crew couldn't get a simple cup of coffee after a long run, that the person that was kind enough to try and help was not allowed to help and that my crew, who gives so much of themselves, wasn't treated with the respect they deserve.
