When I went in the door. I thought I heard an echoed. They (the l staff / wolves)/ came at me as though I were 1/2 of a butchered cow. Almost in unison. "is there anything I can help you with? I say no that's ok, I'll know when I see it " Well, okay then just let me know". As she retreated to the clan I think I may have seen one sharpening knives! I cruzed thru the store,and see a few things that I liked a lot. The she wolf appeared from nowhere,!! I just turned around and almost screamed! She, very nice, !it pushy at all. She showed me a few items that were on sale. Nice as I could, slowly step by step (no quick movements, don't turn your back to them. And most of All..... Do Not Run! I bowed my way out the door. Lesson Learned today. Let another customer go...

Attempted to make an online return and the associate asked if I was going to shop. I said I wasn't sure but would just like to make my return first. She argued with me and told me I had to shop first and then do my return and that's how they do it. I said that I'd like to make my return due to different payment methods and then shop. She processed my return and then told me because I paid with paypal online that I would have to accept a store credit and she couldn't refund my money. I have used Paypal with several retailers and have NEVER...

I've been shopping at Maurices for over 20 years now and I still love the clothes! Comfy, lots of sales (although the regular prices aren't extravagant), they wear well (jeans last longer than others I've purchased elsewhere, even as a plus size). It's always so hard to limit myself; not to keep looking at/wanting to buy more things.

This particular store is always well stocked and the staff is friendly & helpful. It's always a treat to...
