A favorite spot to stop during my visits to Winona! This is a newer bar and grill in the area, but it always seems to have plenty of patrons around. This time I came in on a Saturday afternoon after hosting an open house for a client and was surprised to find out the have breakfast available ALL DAY EVERY DAY. Sometimes that’s exactly what you’re looking for. The staff are always friendly and attentive. They’ve got two bar areas if it gets busy. And the atmosphere is relaxed, but you can tell it’s the spot for game day. They’ve also got a large patio area with with a big screen that I’m sure is hopping during the games. To top it all off the pricing is excellent. Plenty of tap drinks available and happy hours from 3pm-6pm daily and they’ve got a $10 bucket available as well. Darts, jukebox, and pull tabs available. Make sure to swing in next time you get the chance!

A great bar with an awesome patio! I’ve been here a few times and the food has been excellent, the specials are great, and the staff is sooo nice. Maddy was our most recent server and besides being super knowledgeable on the menu (great recommendations), she was such a pleasure to talk to. When you go out, you want to enjoy not only the food, but also the atmosphere. Having a friendly wait staff with such a fun, energetic personality is just welcoming and uplifting. Check out the specials and the beer selection… Winona needed this place.

Love this new spot! The owner, Ryan is great. He really, really cares about this city and providing a fun, safe, yummy spot for residents and tourists. There’s an awesome patio with a HUGE TV outside, two full bars, live music nights and BREAKFAST ALL DAY. Can’t wait to try their brunch buffet on Saturdays and Sundays, too! Try it out—you’ll be glad you did!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sippi’'s. It was our first time going and had high hopes for this new place in town. From start to finish, everything that could have gone wrong did, leaving our entire party frustrated and upset!

To start, the restaurant's practices seemed EXTREMELY unsanitary. Our waitress refilled our water glasses but didn’t return the original cups to us—we watched as cups were mixed up. SO GROSS!!!!! When pouring coffee, the coffee pot touched the rims of everyone’s cups. Sharing germs with the rest of the restaurant is not something I signed up for.

The service was chaotic. The waitress got every single order in our party wrong. One person in our group didn’t even receive their meal until much later. On top of that, our appetizers were brought out at the same time as our entrées, which ruined the whole purpose of ordering appetizers in the first place. The food was not great... how on earth can you mess up eggs, potatoes, and toast that bad? Very cold.

When it came time to settle the bill, things only got worse. While everyone else in my party received their cards back, I didn’t. I joked with my group stating, "watch her charge my card twice." Guess what I discovered when I got home... Double charged!!!

In addition, we tried to correct our waitress by stating that she charged us for the wrong items before we paid... but she took our cards and did nothing to change it. So nobody in my group paid for the right items.

Overall, this experience was beyond unacceptable. Between the extremely unsanitary practices, poor service, and cold food, I cannot recommend Sippi’s to anyone. We all left feeling deeply upset and disappointed. I hope management takes these issues seriously to prevent this from happening to others. As a new business, please make numerous changes if you want to stay...

We went in on Saturday 11/2 at 11AM. We had a party of 5 . We ordered appetizers and drinks and needed more time to look at the menu before we order. Waiter came back to take our meal order in about 10 more minutes and all was going well so far. After about 15 minutes, I saw the bartender make our drinks and had then sitting at the side of the bar waiting to be picked up. Numerous other servers came over and tried to grab our drinks and the bartender told them no and made them their drinks. After 20 minutes of having our drinks getting warm, I walked up and got our drinks off the side of the bar. Yes, this was over a 30 min wait since we ordered them. Our appetizers came about 20 min later and they were hot and very good. They were brought by someone other than our waiter. After waiting another 40 minutes of not seeing our waiter, I flagged him down and told him that we have to get to leave in less than 15 min so he needs to either get our food or we will be leaving. The food was brought out to us 1 hour and 20 minutes after we ordered it by people other than our waiter. The food had a good taste but was room temperature. I am guessing that our plates were sitting in the pass for about the same amount of time our drinks were and they were getting cold but that is a guess. Our waiter showed up about 10 minutes later and asked how our food is and I told him it was barely warm and he said that he was sorry and walked away. Never asked us if we wanted another drink, water refills, could he do something to make it better. Nope, just brought us the bill so we could get going and be 15 minutes late to the WSU football game.

I would not recommend this place but if you are going to go, do it soon because they will probably not be...

Went with the family on a Friday afternoon/evening rush during dinner and happy hour.

Pros: food was solid, spaghetti sandwich was fun, kids menu was a good value. And fries are really good.

Cons: rude customers clapping, whistling, and yelling across the patio at the staff after they moved tables or felt it took too long. It’s not hard to figure out you have to go inside the bar to get to the patio, stop complaining so loudly everyone has to hear it.

Food: good pub menu, the burger was medium and the air fryer potstickers were as good as you would expect

Service: they are trying to keep up, it’s week 2 and rounding systems for a busy patio haven’t landed yet. Lots of seats, only recommendation would be to make patio walk up To bar for food and drinks, give them a number, and staff a second bartender instead of 2-3 staff for the patio. That being said, they were happy to help.

Atmosphere: patio is awesome, family friendly and it would be a great place to watch a game when they take the patio umbrellas down and you can see the big screen and watch a football or baseball post season game.

Overall: go visit, be patient, they are trying hard and will round out the...
