DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!! Poor customer service. Owner has the worst attitude of all and does not care. I had a call-in order at 10:51 a.m. 1/23/18 and the order was taken by Megan. Ticket #15. I ordered a burger all the way and only received chilli and light mayo. I called back numerous times same day and the line was busy. Called early next day and a lady said he would call me back....that was at 9:15 a.m. 1/24/18. It was not until 4:53 p.m. did I receive a call back. He argued that I should have came back same day or kept calling instead of trying to call today. He did not even say hello or apologize for the incorrect order. I didn't care to have my order replaced but he was not listening and insisted that he would not replace. I simply called to let him know because it has happened before with a incorrect order. I informed him that based on his poor customer service by phone today I would not dine or support any longer his business. He said, fine and hung up. This is not how you treat your customers.... especially those who have supported your small business for awhile. Remember, for every 1 customer you give poor customer service to it is shared with 10 and those 10 on....

BUT TODAY 7-23-2018 the MANAGER/OWNER has an ATTITUDE!!! not sure if the cashier that was taking my order was new or not but the manager/owner was very inconsiderate and hateful towards him! the cashier was taking his time to put in my order and the manager/owner came over and said "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR!!" WITH A HATEFUL ATTITUDE. also while eating i noticed the cashier behind me cleaning tables and then the manager/owner came over and was just hateful some more. and while a customer had just gotten up from her seat and walked away the manager/owner turned to that table like the cashier had totally looked over it and he said hatefully "WHAT IS THIS?!" hands held to the table .. but he hadn't even had a chance to clean that table yet. WE COULDN'T EVEN ENJOY OUR MEAL! THIS IS WHAT TURNS CUSTOMERS AWAY NO BODY WANTS TO HEAR YOU TALKING LIKE THAT TO EMPLOYEES! to the cashier that put up with him i am so terribly sorry! i sure hope he changes his attitude!! I have to say my favorite so far and their house dressing is PERFECT!!! but now I’m scared to go back, I go during my lunch often so when I phone it in it sounds like they can pull you up by your phone number which is good, but today whoever answered had a bad attitude, after I gave her my order and phone number she typed it in and pulled up my name, once she said it and I said yes that’s me, she hung up..... not sure if the call was dropped but I waited to see if she would call back, never did, by this point, between the call and the waiting, I wasted a good portion of my lunch time and decided not to call myself and waste more time. I ended up going to K&W because it was closer with the time I had left.
Around 3pm the owner calls and ask me if I will be picking up my order :( I felt horrible. BUT she really didn’t confirm or say okay your order will be ready in 10 to 15 minutes... nothing of that sort.
