I change your reading back to a four star because the employees are amazing but someone started being counting the ice. So if you order an iced coffee or tea they won't fill up your cup as advertised to top and they'll leave about an inch or two empty at the very top. This isn't good because the ice took coffee or Tea ratio is still the same and will still water down your coffee or tea. I want it just enough ice to make it cold but not water it down. But when you put less of the product, they're still the same amount of ratio between water, ice and coffee or tea.
I recently changed my rating from 5 stars to now 3 stars. I redeemed my points for a large black tea with almond milk and what I got was a hibiscus tea. I even checked my online order and the label, both say black, but the tea bags are hibiscus. I normally wouldn't make and so much but I'm on some meds that interact badly with hibiscus. So I urge the workers there to be more mindful of the teas they make when fulfilling orders, whether online or in the drive through. Monday I was in the same Dunkin donuts their card reader was not working at this location so they rang me up anyway using the drive-thru window register not a problem. Today I go in there they're unable to sell me my dozen donuts because the card reader is broken and I don't have cash and Jackie is argumentative and definitely non-customer-oriented and won't ring my donuts up at the drive-thru window because they have cars ...which they had cars on Monday but still achieved selling me donuts without a problem today Jacki refused to sell me donuts or to even try to ring it up at the drive-thru after leaving there was only one car in the Drive-Thru I asked Jackie if this was the kind of review she wanted me to leave on Google and she said yes please do so here you go Jacki...
   Read moreNot sure what's going on at this particular Dunkin', but let me share my experience: drive through was 7 to 8 cars long, barely moving. After spending about 20 mins in line, finally able to place my order, only to be told they were out of donuts, at 10:45 AM on a Thursday. Decided to order 2 bacon egg and cheese wake-up wraps and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Another 7 or 8 minutes wait at the window waiting on food. Order was wrong, bag had 2 egg and cheese croissants inside. Parked, had to get kids out of car to go inside. Line inside was 4 or 5 customers long. Waited in line another 10 mins for refund. Whoever is running that Dunkin' needs to work on getting their crew organized and more...
