I’ve always enjoyed the food at Habibi – fresh, flavorful, and truly a taste of Lebanon. However, the dine-in experience leaves much to be desired. On my recent visit, I waited quite a while before being acknowledged, even though the restaurant wasn’t too busy. It felt like dine-in customers weren’t a priority.
To add to that, I also placed a phone order that was taken incorrectly – a small mistake, but frustrating nonetheless.
I really want this place to succeed because the food is genuinely excellent. I hope management can focus more on improving the customer service experience, especially for those choosing to dine in. A warm greeting and prompt attention can go a long way in keeping loyal customers...

Only tiff is a long wait for an order, but I guess everything is done fresh. My chicken took a while to grill, but I was happy it was not some processed meat. Will just have to order ahead next time. The shawarma is better than shih tawook. The mjadara rice doesn't taste authentic. The atmosphere is casual. A small place with some tables and chairs to dine in for about 20 ppl. I will go again to try...
