I walked in at 7(ish) tonight to order a pizza. The employees seemed way overwhelmed or something.
Me: How much for basic cheese pizza?
Employee: $6.50 (wrong price, charged me 6.99, but whatever)
Me: Sure, I'll take 1 to go.... how much for garlic sauce?
Employee 2: (Can't remember exact amount) it will be about 7 minutes.
Me: Wow, almost twice the price, ha ha. (The extra $.50 added to my surprise price increase)
Employee: (kinda under his breath) I'm not sick of hearing that.
Me: It's all cool.
Employee: I don't set the price.
Me: Are you sure you don't. Is your name Mr Cesar? ( lame joke, also he did not have a name tag on, so Little Cesar looked like a name.)
He gave me a look like I called him a slur. He stammered out a reply.
Employee: I don't... why would?... my shift is too long for this, I don't have to make you a pizza!!!
Me: Sorry man, just joking. I'm just joshing you. I know you don't set the price
Employee: Card. (He points at the machine.
I just stood in the corner for 7 minutes on my phone. I see he cuts the pizza and folds the box. I can see through the tracks he gesturing towards me with loud words. I'm too far to get details.
Seconds later, a different employee comes out holding pizza. Stone faced. Pissed off.
Employee 2. Here's your pizza.
I grab it, ask for my sauce. He waves his hand to the stack behind the register. I have to reach over and grab it.

Read moreI have never been spoken to so rudely for asking for a refund of the difference for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza & non stuffed crust because I ordered and paid on the app and they didn't have string cheese to do stuff crust, and instead of calling to tell me, continued to charge me for stuffed crust and make non. I called after my husband got home with the pizza and I noticed it was not stuffed crust and asked for at least partial refund of the difference and was told its not possible because the app is 3rd party, and she refused to refund the entire amount, before I even thought to ask for that. I asked if a manager was available and she stated she was the manager and theres nothing else she can do, the only way to get any compensation was to return to the store and give the pizza back, which I did because of how I was treated. Upon entering she gave my refund for the pizza, took the pizza with no apologies or even a word besides, "what was the order name" and when I asked her name she and her co worker stated they do not need to tell me that information. Read moreDO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE!!! They don't deliver their own food so your food will sit there for an hour getting cold while waiting for a doordash driver. Then when you call to speak with them for an update they will promise you a full refund of everything you were charged and then only credit you back 25% of the original subtotal. This company is extremely shady in their business practices and does not care about their customers or ensuring the customers are happy. I got my food 50 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered it was ice cold I was promised a full refund and now they are denying me a full refund and refusing to change the $4 I got back on a $26 order. So basically doordash gets their money, Little Caesars gets their money and you're up a creek without a paddle and they could care less about you.
