Did you know Haven offers coffee carriers for meetings and events?! Truly the nicest display, most sustainable, and cleverest canister I've ever had for an event. Plus it kept the coffee hot for 10+ hours. They were even thoughtful enough to provide non dairy creamer without having to ask for it! Well surprised at my first pick up and well pleased at the service as always given by this gem of a coffee shop. If you're in need for a coffee carrier, don't hesitate to email Jon the week before your event. My experience as a small business owner hosting monthly meetings is below.

After being disappointed with the quality and service of two other coffee franchises in the area (which I only used for business meetings out of convenience), I decided to email Jon at Haven Coffee Roasters and asked if he had anything for events that could serve 10-12 people. Within five minutes he emailed back and said they did and called it The Coffee Bar. All I had to do was email him ideally the Friday before my event (Wednesday) and he'd put me on the calendar to ensure it'd be ready for me. He even asked me if I needed the coffee to be delivered to my event! Just another incredible gesture from a local business that you won't get anywhere else.

On the day of my event, as I walked into the coffee shop, the always friendly batistas - seriously how are all of them so nice - had everything convenient ready and waiting for me. I didn't have to ask them for milk, or that I was missing cups and coffee stirrers. Nor was I told that they just didn't have any carriers in stock so I was out of luck less than an hour of my event and for to get a refund I would have to call corporate because they just couldn't do anything for me which is what happened at one of the other franchise shops in town.

It took me all of three minutes to park my car, grab my coffee, and head to my meeting. Absolutely incredible service and wonderfully brewed coffee every time from Haven Coffee Roasters! Opening week 2021 I stopped by last week when there was a bit of a lull in business, and Jon(owner) and Ryan(barista) were experimenting with different brews. I asked if I could join in and just pay for whatever I sampled, and without hesitation they let me. I had 5-6 different shots of espresso with different weights of coffee and different brew times to find what I preferred. My ideal drink was determined, and we continued chatting between other patrons orders.

The whole experience was akin to going over to a friend's house and being shown all of their cool new stuff. They were just genuinely excited to be serving what they are passionate about.

Lest I forget, the coffee was fantastic! The different blends have different flavors, so I urge anyone who visits to try a couple different types of beans before they decide on their favorite. The baristas are knowledgeable, and they are happy to help you with recommendations—just tell them what you like!

A friend had told us about Haven Coffee recently, so we decided to take a road trip from Orlando to check it out on Easter Monday as something different to do.

The espresso was excellent! I'm not normally big on the trend towards fruitier espressos, but this was very balanced and really very enjoyable to sip. It didn't even NEED sugar, but a little sugar made it even better.

I'm already looking forward to the next time, and given I also really enjoyed my Cappuccino and can't decide between just one or the other, I'll just have to deal with the big caffeine hit of 2 double espressos and get both again.

My wife thoroughly enjoyed her lavender latte, lovely flavor, right sweetness, balanced, not overwhelming or cloying.

Bonus points for ceramic cups! It's been over a decade since I actually sat in at a shop and had something other than paper cups.

Great staff, friendly service, nice location, easy parking, pleasant outdoor seating, relaxed, unpretentious, and really good coffee....
