Don't be fooled by its modest name, SoCe Market is a delightful surprise. While it offers essentials like water, soft drinks, and a selection of wines and build-your-own six packs, its real charm lies in the culinary delights it serves. The establishment has a few options on tap.
I approached with skepticism, especially when it came to ordering the Cuban sandwich. As a self-proclaimed Cuban Sandwich Snob, my expectations were high, and I was prepared for disappointment. To my surprise, the Cuban not only met but exceeded my expectations.
My husband opted for the Big Banhs. The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and offered a new twist on traditional expectations. The sides were no less impressive. Whether you choose the Italian bean salad, potato salad, or the uniquely satisfying broccoli bacon crunch, each adds its own perfect complement to your main course.
The buzz of anticipation surrounds their upcoming addition of cured salmon. My husband had the chance to sample it, and it's safe to say it's going to be a hit. The new chef, Blake, is a true artisan in the kitchen. His passion for cooking is palpable in every dish, blending classic techniques with innovative twists to create unforgettable flavors.
Service at SoCe Market is equally commendable. Mackenzie was not just friendly but also incredibly helpful, enhancing our experience with her warmth and professionalism.
A visit here is not just a meal; it's an experience that leaves you eagerly anticipating...
ย ย ย Read moreI like this restaurant, donโt get me wrong. Vibes are good, food is made from scratch for the most part. The Bowen yard is a great area.
I just didnโt have a great experience and because this is an option by leaving a review I can be honest. The food was WAY overpriced. I bought 2 sandwiches. $55. One Sandwhich was $8 to add extra meat and the other Sandwhich was $4 to add extra meat. Do I think thatโs overpriced? Yes, but whatever. I can work with that on occasion and their food is good. The Turkey, looked and tasted like great value sliced turkey from Walmart. The chicken was great, but wonโt get the turkey again. Made me queazy. Again, I like this place but I didnโt have a great experience.
The listed price for a combo is $20.99 it says it INCLUDES chips and other options. The chips and drink were ADDITIONALLY $5.99.
$29.99 for 1 Sandwhich with (sourdough, mayo, mustard, chimichurri, turkey, salami, bacon, provolone, lettuce, onion) chips, and drink is overpriced. Again, just my opinion. If youโre okay with paying that, by all means. I wonโt be going back anytime soon.
Food was a 4/5 stars, but the price unfortunately and the quality of some of the meat just did not make the cut for...
ย ย ย Read moreIโve passed by SoCe Market a million times and had no idea what was inside. After searching for a bakery today I finally discovered what it was and Iโm so glad I did. I hadnโt realized they closed at 4pm when I stopped in at 3:45 but the sandwiches my husband and I got were made with the same love and care as the first ones of the day. The cashier and chef were both very kind and didnโt make us feel like we were intruding by being those people who stop in before closing. We got a Rueben and Cuban and both were delicious! The bread was so nice and toasty on both so there wasnโt any falling apart happening. The pulled pork on the Cuban was so flavorful and a perfect fit for the sandwich. The atmosphere is really cute, especially the living room area with the TV and couch (so cute)! We will be...
