As soon as I started recording he stopped yelling. They made a mistake entering my order I asked for butter chicken but butter paneer was entered. I don’t eat paneer so it was highly unlikely my wife wanted to just piss me off and get me something I didn’t want. Instead of accepting that they made a mistake, he told me too bad I had to take it because they had already started it. Then started yelling when I asked for a refund. He called me a liar and unwelcome me from coming back. I ask for a refund because they really lack in customer service and yelling at your customers and flipping them off when you leave is a bit childish. They lost my business for life. Rude people. The reply is a clear representation of how your customer service is. You guys made the mistake, even if you didn’t, which you did, you failed to give the customer what they wanted and still wanted to take their money. I’m not sure why people are complaining about the portions, I had to take some of mine home it was so delicious too! The owner was there and was extremely kind and attentive explaining the menu asking if we needed anything bringing us drinks and explaining the sauces (thou we are avid Indian food lovers and already knew) it’s that kind of customer service and attentiveness to teach and share with others that will have me going back again and again! We ordered the butter chicken bowl, curry chicken bowl, popcorn chicken, and garlic naan -everything was so good!

The butter chicken was one of my favorites I’ve had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly paired with the coconut rice, which added a slightly sweet, creamy note that really complimented the dish.

My partner had the curry chicken and really enjoyed it, I tried a few bites and agree, it was delicious. But the real standout for him was the popcorn chicken. He hasn’t stopped talking about it and keeps asking when we can go back. He rarely gets this excited about a place, which is exactly why I felt compelled to leave a review!
