Not Safe, Not Honest, Not Worth It

This management company offered me compensation for a 5-star review instead of focusing on safety and service.

While living at the sister property Raindance, someone shot out the window of a child’s room! The culprit couldn’t be identified in the security footage, but the management company ignored months of complaints about a disruptive, threatening tenant.

Despite receiving detailed threats and recordings, management refused to help or move me without raising my rent 10%, disregarding my safety.

After my neighbor was assaulted, police responded, but management still failed to remove the resident for the safety of the rest of the building. Residents were told to continue calling the police during subsequent incidents.

Instead of resolving any issues, management rejected each of my notices and objections, eventually sending my account to collections. This continual dismissal was deeply frustrating.

I urge you: if you value your safety, rights, and well-being, do not rent from any property managed by Village Realty. Research their record, demand transparency, and share your experiences to hold them...

The Breeze is stunning! Celeste is absolutely amazing, so warm and welcoming! I just toured The Breeze apartments in Winter Haven, and wow! They’re gorgeous! I saw both the studio and the one-bedroom, and each space was modern, bright, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt brand new and upscale, from the finishes to the layout.
