Horrible....Horrible...HORRIBLE!! My husband and I took a spontaneous trip to Domino's from Granby and what a pitiful and disgusting experience for a business opened for a month. The language barrier is a NIGHTMARE! The pizzas looked like a 5 year old with dyslexia made them! There were numerous patrons who were waiting for over an HOUR when their time table screen told patrons their pizza's were ready!! My name had been magically ERASED from the "ready" screen??
There is NO quality check or quality control. The cooks STATED verbatim that they were 35 pizza's behind! They also admitted to over filling the oven! Our pizza's had barely any cheese and mine had extra cheese with NO EXTRA on it at all! My husbands pizza was BURNT and had barely any banana peppers and about 8 mushroom pieces on it! The employees wore TORN UP GLOVES so they were actually touching your food with bare finger tips!!
Absolutely disgusting and horrific experience! This place is NOT worth the wait, price or overall MISERABLE experience. Visit Lina's in Granby or make your own. I feel AWFUL for people who left, wanted refunds or waited for a longer fiasco of an experience.
To the manager: you lack common sense for quality control and you have NO IDEA how to run a simple pizza based franchise business. You lost A LOT of customers, whether it be locals who live here year round or tourists in general.
Get a pizza from Kum & Go or 7-11. DO NOT PURCHASE food from here..especially.that the employees had shredded "food safety" gloves...

Itās a newer construction but with in the last 2-3 years so should be in their database. The person who answered the phone had the same issue but did help me work out where I am and then took my order. He had to repeat my order several times and every time was wrong and had to be corrected. Then messed up the payment and we had to do it again.
The driver was quite nice and friendly called to let me know he was in the complex but didnāt have an apartment number. Which was given twice.
The food. Yeah so I ordered a large Philly cheesesteak pizza, cheese dip no marinara with garlic knots and boneless chicken with mango habenero sauce. The pizza as I understand it comes on a Parmesan garlic white sauce with shaved beef, bacon, bell pepper, and onion. I got red sauce, no bacon, no bell pepper, no onion, maybe 6 small and I mean small pieces of meat. The boneless chicken was cold and no sauce so I didnāt feel like eating cold or warming up and eating dry. The cheese dip was baked into the pan in such a way that only a very small layer of cheese was even dippable. Two garlic knots worth. The garlic knots were spot on.
Over all worst pizza delivery or any pizza dining experience I have ever had from start to finish. Will not order again. For what I paid Iāll get elevation pizza. Theyāve never...

This was an occasion where my boyfriend ordered for me so i had no control over tip. My driver today Daniel very first thing handed me the receipt and a pen to leave a tip, when that us an option on the app I would've done. I do not have cash. I felt bad and said "I'm sorry i don't have the money today." He decided to follow up with snide remarks saying "and I don't have enough money to pay my rent" before I could apologize he handed me my food almost forgetting the other box saying something like "wish I knew that before I wasted my gas to come here and bring you this". I work in food service and understand that prices are way up lately, however outright guilt-tripping the customer for not being able to tip one time is just rude. I've never had this issue before I usually get one of 2 people who are always nice. I normally don't write reviews especially about workers because (again) I work food service and know how frustrating it is not getting a tip, however this left my jaw on the floor with how blatant and rude one man can manage to be. Will not be ordering any time soon as I don't wanna see...
