Original Text (Oct2023): No fault of the employees, but several times at only this McDonald‘s, I have had bone fragments in my sausages. Please run a QA report to higher up. The only area in which the employees here could improve is in efficiency and prioritization. When dashing here for DoorDash, it is not uncommon for me to wait upwards of 1.5 hours for my orders. Additionally, the average in-store wait time is 15 minutes.
Edit1: (1Dec2023) I’ve seen the quality of the food drop within the past few months. Burger patties 4cm off centre, overcooked food, soggy fries, and missing drinks. An additional critique I have is the leadership style of the managers and shift leads. I’ve been in the U.S. military and have never seen leadership as hostile or toxic as what I’ve seen at this McDonald’s. I’ve seen managers and shift leads scream at lower level workers, rushing them without helping in any way, and scolding them for the most basic of things. The lower level workers here deserve far more respect from their superiors. This will directly impact the quality of their work, and thus, the food.

Food quality has risen significantly within the past few weeks. I’ve seen less bone fragments in the food, higher quality of presentation, and importantly, higher quality in taste. Management has also improved by a significant margin, and I am happy to say that this McDonalds is now at satisfactory status. There are significantly fewer incidents of hostile leadership qualities, and the staff are now operating as a more cohesive team. In addition to this, wait times have been reduced to less than 5 minutes on average, which is a 300% improvement in speed from the last review in early December.

The fries have become awful. Just stale and some dried out. The fries are just a complete disaster right now. I hope this changes. Service continues to be great. Staff are friendlier than before, and especially the night shift.

The tables have become less maintained, and it’s harder to find a clean table during low business hours. The sweet tea was not filled on both the customer and drive through side. The burger I received had a burned bun, which the staff were able to get redone.

The wait times have increased significantly, and the food quality + presentation has dropped steadily since my last review.
I do not recommend this McDonalds due to their poor logistics and lack of care for food quality.

It appears as though effort is being made to make the burgers look disgusting. I have never seen such an absurd level of carelessness with burger prep. It is likely that many of the employees are under the influence of mind altering substances on the job. I would recommend avoiding...

The cashier asked us questions more than once. One of the question she asked two or three times was whether or not we wanted to make our combos both large and we replied no each time. Once we made it to the second window our fries were large and I looked at my receipt and we payed for two large combos. He said that he would have to cancel the order and rering it up. I didn't want to go through that so I said it would be fine. Although I was upset I sucked it up and accepted the large meals and cost. After this when we were givin our drinks we had one large drink in one medium drink. The Sprite was a Coke and the Hi-C had ice in it when we asked for no ice. Also, the cup of ice we asked for was a cup of water. Through this all we just asked him to correct the drinks and it was all "fine." trying to laugh it off. Then I asked if I got extra garlic chips and sauce on my sand. Manager Kerry Ann jumpin front of the polite cashier and begins to be very rude. She said that is extra on your burger. She told me to compare it to my fiance's food to see. I said ma'am everything was wrong with my order all I want is extra sauce. She then replied "I can give you a refund if you don't want it." I told her I was trying not to complain but I will and she said complaint away! As we drove off I could hear her talking trash and she even swore. I called back about an hour down the road to get her name. When they picked up I ask for the manager on duties name and she reply I'm the manager. I politely ask may I have your name ma'am and she just said Carrie Ann. I said I will be submitting a complaint on your behalf and she replied go right ahead. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a place of business let alone a restaurant who makes their business through customer service and repeat clients. I am already not a McDonald's fan but this just put the icing on the cake......
Read moreEvery order in place here is wrong. Of course I forget this one is bad for that and I don't notice until i'm down the road. I finally remembered to check my order last week and guess what? It was wrong. I took the time to drive through again and explained the issue to the person on the other side of the intercom and she apologized over and over again. When I drive up to her window she explained that she "gave them hell" for messing up my order and to pull forward for my correct order. When I pulled up for my food the person at the second window was clueless why I was outside her window (have them hell? If so why did she not have my correct order?) I then asked for a manager after explaining the situation and stating i'd never be back she offered me a comp'd meal to give them another chance. Well.... I decided today to do just that. I was told my name would be in a book and to jhat mention that when ordering. I pulled up the the drive up order screen, ordered and explained that my name was in some book for a comp'd meal. At the payment window I was told that my name was not in said book and that said book was "a mess". After about 10-15 mins of explaining situation and then giving up and AGAIN saying I'd never be back again the manager who originally asked me for another chance showed up at the window and looks day me staying "I said I'd take care of you" to me. I told her that she also said she'd put my name into a book. So attitude from the emplayer at a payment window, now attitude from the same person who asked me for another chance . Fur a what?... I pull up to the food window and ... the order on her screen for me was wrong!! When she did hand my food to me I stated this was the worst Mc Donalds ever and she me big stink face and shrugged her shoulders. Called Corp after and the offered for the owner of the store to call me. Yeah, never want anything to do with this location again, not even for the comp meal...
