Went to this location, stood in line looking at the menu as I was waiting to be served I had to use the restroom. The employee behind the counter advised that you must place an order and pay before you can use their bathrooms. I advised the employee that I was going to make an order but needed to use the restroom. There's a made up sign written on the wet floor sign but nothing posted as you walk in. I asked the employee for their name and they refused. I asked for their corporate number or email and they advised that they cant give it out. I asked them to call a manager and the manager "Cori" she advised that they had someone come in their store and messed their bathroom up . So this makes no sense in my opinion because a "paying customer " can do the same. With someone who has health issues its really sad that this location would deny a veteran access to the restroom. I have seen "others' come in and go straight inside THEN place an order. I have been to several Planet Smoothies and never had this issue. I declined to spend my money at this location since I was declined a basic need at the time of service. Went to "another Smoothie" store who treated me ,and each person that walked in with a smile and greeted them. And I didn't have to order and pay first. I will never return here.

*false statements from ur employees as I would have expected and from you. If anyone felt threatened by a black man just trying to understand why a paying customer waiting to be served cant use the restroom OK. , the police should have been called. Oh wait bc there was NOTHING threatening about that. And why would I even have a conversation with YOU OR CORI IF I WAS THREATENING. Make it make sense. Paying customers have the ok to mess up ur restrooms but non paying customers cant . GOTCHA . All I'm saying is be fair to your customers. Instead of downgrading ur customers maybe just apologize and move on. Some customers cant wait to be served while having to go to restroom, if an accident would have happened on the floor in the customer area then your employees still would have had to clean up the mess.    Read moreJust popped into planet smoothie with my husband and daughter for a Friday night treat. We ordered 2 medium smoothies and a small one for my 2 1/2 year old. While checking out I took notice he had my card and also my phone in his hand and I learned over to see what he was doing because it seemed suspicious. He then said " my system isn't working, so you have any cash ". I said I don't, I asked my husband he didn't. I said " has it been down or could you just try and run it again " he said" its been down. "I said I don't know what to do, we don't have any cash" He then offered WRITE MY CARD INFO DOWN so he could charge us later, we declined that oh so attractive offer " I don't feel comfortable doing that". So then we had to take the smoothie from our 2 year old and try to explain we couldn't buy it and go next door for froyo. 3 smoothies, 2 had been drank out of sitting on the counter as we left. He couldnt have cared less our little one was crying and that they were obviously going to toss those smoothies...... and that he could have told us when we came in that we would need cash but instead let us go though all that and then leave our smoothies on the counter. Had coupon and ID ready, Asian lady was super rude and repeatedly interrupted me, causing loss of communication and me having to repeat why I was there multiple times. Sushing me, talking over me, when the entire time she was misunderstanding everything. Other customers there noticed as well. Refused my coupon because it was in the Planet smoothie app instead of email. Said she needed to see the expiration date. I again repeated that the expiration date is right there on the coupon that she had been ignoring. Finally she understood. Then she takes my ID and starts writing down my license information on the back of a receipt. Completely unprofessional and I highly doubt itâs policy to write down someoneâs license number in order to redeem a coupon for a childâs drink.
