⚜️Bar Louie is a great spot with a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a casual night out. I recently had the opportunity to try two different dishes, both of which left a positive impression.

⚜️First Dish: Herb-Crusted Chicken with Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes

⚜️This dish consisted of herb-crusted chicken topped with melted cheese and fresh cherry tomatoes, served over a bed of zucchini and roasted baby potatoes. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, with a delightful crust that added a nice texture. The melted cheese and juicy cherry tomatoes brought a burst of flavor and freshness. The roasted baby potatoes were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside yet soft inside. The vegetables added a healthy and flavorful touch, making this dish both satisfying and balanced.

The food is good. This Location has nice scenery but the parking is terrible. During today’s visit, I realized that this is the only location to charge for an extra truffle/aioli sauce for the truffle fries. I mentioned it to the young lady at the bar and she just ignored what I said and gave me my total of $2 for this portion of sauce with no emotion, it’s like she was annoyed that I even mentioned it but come on, $2 dollars for a small cup of sauce for a rather large portion of fries??? I should at least get double the portion size… I felt like it was very rude of her to just ignore me and change the topic so, I asked her if she heard me and I could tell that she was somewhat annoyed and wanted to avoid any conflict(which was not my intention). I even made it clear that I didn’t have a problem with her and that I was just making a speculation out loud and she responded with “oh well idk, I’ve never worked at any other locations.” And just made the rest of the interaction awkward. They had already forgot my original sauce that comes with the fries, thankfully I checked bc I would have paid for two sauces and only had one. The fries didn’t come out like the last time or the picture, there was no parsley on the fries sadly. Customer service could have definitely been better at this location. Thankfully I wasn’t secret shopping..if they’re going to charge extra for truffle/aioli sauce, they should add it to the sauce section on the DoorDash app.

Even though winter park is 10 mins from me? I rather drive 20-25 mins to the location on...

Poor staff and management. Better business bureau as well as other parties are actively looking into actions such as underage staff being served drinks while clocked in, selling of drugs while working, among many other serious issues. It's unfortunate for a company so large to allow things to slip. Tried speaking with management before redirecting to higher forms as no one imagines a business to allow such behaviors and actions but you'd be surprised. The area is rough but the plaza is made to attract higher standards it's a shame truly. Highly recommend across the street at the hangry bison or for a nice evening take the plunge; just go with cheese cake factory a block up. Morgan and Morgan has a open case against them after findings of health code violations in front and back of house. Location has purposely avoided all communications and open about fraudulent actions. Be mindful of management drinking with servers while on the clock in kitchen and on the floor. This is not a company issue it's a location issue. The false reviews from staff are also in review. Gm is never on site and when he is present he "hangs out" as if this is a club. Server lead named Todd also sexualizes staff and speaks in sexual nature with claim to "his girls". This is inappropriate and yet this had to be taken to government level due to the poor choices of staffing for this location. Feel free to contact for full reports and...
