Chicken tenders - bland without sauce; also stringy Chicken sandwich - good flavor and sauce ratio but chicken also stringy Sauce - too salty; for those with BP issues - be careful Coleslaw - nope; no flavor; kind of slimy texture Fries - good flavor, crispy Drinks - good ratio; great ice Drive thru - clean; spacious; easy to maneuver; quick service Overall - due to rudeness wont be back; food not worth the price
Second time trying this place personally and 1st time ordering for others that havent eaten here before - part of my job is to order for groups. Spent right under $70 bucks today at this place. Ordered only (4) meals today. I felt the QUALITY should be there. One of the chicken sandwich meals had half of the fries it should have - which was not cool since I wasn't ordering for myself and was questioned about it. Called to voice concern and was not received with welcome. One of the managers "Brittany" was not at all welcoming of the call and just rude across the board. Explained to me that you cannot order large fries with a meal (drive thru cashier never stated). Explained fries were divvied to 4 oz exactly and that Cane's was not McDonald's. So order a large and get less than the other boxes of meals? She put me on hold and another manager "Alexis" got on and was a bit less rude but def not welcoming of the concern either. She explained the fries are 4 oz and how she was going to go train all 100 staff to measure out fries exactly. This meal was prob half the amount - def did not match the other meals I ordered - which justified my concern. As a business owner I thought the quality concern should be addressed - especially how EXPENSIVE THE FOOD IS but it was not welcomed at all. "Alexis" stated even though I said I didn't want anything I could drive back and she would comp me fries. No thanks. Will not group order again from here. Even though it was prob a oversight by a employee the reaction of the managers was the...
Read moreI recently visited Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, located near the bustling intersection of University Blvd and Semoran in Orlando, Florida, and let me tell youâit was an experience worth raving about!
Having visited twice now, I can confidently say that Raising Cane's has mastered the art of delivering consistently superb chicken tenders. On my first visit, the place was packed due to the grand opening, yet the quality remained impeccable. The second visit was just as impressive, which speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence.
My wife and I decided to keep it simple with the 4 Fingers Combo. The chicken tenders were perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. They were so delicious that the two of us found the combo more than sufficient for a satisfying snack. The crinkle-cut fries were golden and crispy, providing the perfect complement to the tenders. And the Texas toastâoh my goodness! Freshly toasted to perfection, it was an absolute delight. Plus, the coleslaw was fresh and delicious, adding a refreshing touch to the meal.
The atmosphere at Raising Cane's was lively and welcoming, with enthusiastic employees who clearly love what they do. They kept the restaurant spotless and well-stocked, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all patrons.
Overall, Raising Cane's near University Blvd and Semoran has quickly become my go-to spot for a delicious and reliable meal. If you're a fan of quality chicken tenders, do yourself a favor and check them out. You won't be...
Read moreI normally enjoy every Raising Canes experience, however today was different, as I had trouble with my order. Apparently there was another customer with the same name as me that did not have the mind to pay attention to what was in the bag (my food). There was much confusion among the employees regarding what to do about my order, however the cashier was very helpful and made a good effort to ensure I received my food. I did end up receiving the correct order, however the person that originally stole my food came back once they realized their order was not theirs. The management at raising canes did not care to hear from the other employees that he took my food, and decided to allow him to have both his original order AND my food that he stole. I find this a little ridiculous and rather annoying that there was no accountability held against the customer. With that, all the employees who werenât working behind the counter were wandering around the establishment âcleaningâ the same things over and over right next to my table while I was eating. I find that a little weird and dirty since there was an excessive amount of cleaning product being sprayed in the air around patronsâ food. All in all, I will say this did not ruin my thoughts on Raising Canes and I will be back, however this was a very...
