I came thru on Friday to get a caramel macchiato thru drive thru. CT made my drinks. I came inside to inform her that my drink was incorrect and had no foam. She then proceeds to ask me, “so what do you need, more milk? I then say no I need my drink made correctly. She rolls her eyes and then I ask Aiden for a refund. She is consistent in her horrible service and this is not the Starbucks premier service I'm used to. Daytime service is perfect but when you come after hours its as if they don't care. I will also be escalating this to corporate as well.

Okay, so, this Starbucks is brand new but I love it! If you know me, you know I love Starbucks, period. But this location is just so cute & the baristas are extra nice. It’s a great place to study or work in peace with huge windows, which let in amazing lighting. The drive-thru is also crazy fast. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area or if it’s on your route.

This location gives poor service and you don’t get what you pay for. I was given mostly cool whip in my cup and little to no drink. As you can see about to that first lil line that’s where my drink started it was all cool whip and I showed the lady at drive thru window and she made no attempt to to correct it

I went to this location today. They had one boy making all the drinks and 7 girls doing something else and not helping him. There was a long line in the drive thru out to the street. We couldn’t even enter the parking lot. Every order was out of order. A man that came after us got his drink first. A pregnant lady that was already there waiting before us, was still waiting for her drink and food when we left. Poor lady. We waited 35mins to get our order. And finally in the car, the Frappuccino tasted bad. We decided to not return the drink because it would have taken us another 30mins to get our money back. The place looked that it was run by kids with no management. I give it 3 stars because in the past it has been good. But today it deserves a...

Totally unbelievable! Sixty people working at this location and I have to wait over 10mins for one small coffee! Are you kidding me? I went to tampa airport Starbucks and only two people working there and they were able to get a line of people out in 5mins two people! So why does it take six and can't get a small coffee ready in less then 2mins? One girl was just throwing the food items that people order on the counter without letting anyone know their order was ready and the only person there that knew what they were doing was the only guy there so ladies if you want to see how it's really done then come to tampa airport and see how one girl manages to multitask and have five items...

I can definitely tell they are trying to change the service but for the new employees I would train them a bit more on bar. One girl made my macchiato very Milky & I’m a Starbucks supervisor & close relations with coporate - but I usually come inside undercover so they don’t take a hint like “oh no” Also the bathrooms are a bit dirty. They definitely don’t clean the 🚽 well. I would suggest Toilet liners! We have that at our location & it keeps it clean more than often & and EXTRA tissues in the bathroom!

Last note : the music is a bit loud. Maybe I’m just sensitive BUT I can’t stand loud music in cafes. It’s a bit overstimulating & hard to think
