Some of the worst fast food service I've ever experienced. It's around 1am on a Saturday, the stated hours are until 3am so this shouldnt be an issue. We park in front of the store (not in the online order spots, just in one of the regular spots) and I go to the lobby door to try it and it's locked. Whatever, I don't care, a lot of fast food places have been closing their lobbies early so I don't really think anything of it. Go back to my car and my friends and I sit there for maybe 30 seconds while we sort out what we're going to order in the drive thru. This guy comes out the front door towards our car and asks what we're doing there and if we're an online order. Again, we're not even in an online order spot. I tell him we're not, we're going to do the drive thru and that we're just figuring out our orders first. He gets all weird on us, like shakes his head and clicks his tongue, goes like "you have to go through the drive thru". I tell him we will and we just need to figure out our order. He leaves to go back inside and as he closes the lobby door he turns around, looks me in the eye, and spits on the ground in our direction. At this point I don't want to eat here anymore, the guy's attitude made it abundantly clear we weren't welcome, so my friends and I sit in the car for maybe a minute more discussing whether we do the drive-thru or not. After another minute, the guy comes out the front door AGAIN and does the exact same routine. Tells us we have to go through the drive-thru if we want to order in the drive-thru. Mind you we have not argued with this guy at all, we have not tried to order anything from the spot, we have not even decided if we want to order from this taco bell. When he leaves the second time, we talk it over for a couple seconds and finally decide to just go through the drive-thru and figure it out there. Maybe 3 minutes have passed since we pulled into the spot to begin with and the store shouldn't even be closed for another 2 hours. The cherry on top is that when we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, someone tells us their computer system is down and they can't take any orders.

Read moreI’ve had wonderful experiences with most times I’ve gone here, I order on the app and pick up through the drive through a lot, or at least used to. Last time I did was 3/19, I was out and had my dogs with me so I placed an order for drive through, I pulled up and was told they weren’t serving the drive through, I asked about mobile orders, they said no. Kinda weird but I was like ok, I’ll go elsewhere since I have 2 dogs in the car and didn’t feel like leaving them locked in there. I tried canceling from the app since the person working didn’t seem to want to do any service, wasn’t possible, still showed as pending my arrival at the store, since through the app they don’t make the food or charge til you give them your order at the speaker. I figured it’d go away eventually. 30 min later my order had been processed like I had been served and I was charged. I found the only customer service on the app and submitted about it since at this point it was fraud, still haven’t gotten a reply 2 weeks later. So now seeing if rating gets a reply or if I have to submit fraud with my credit card. Either way haven’t spent money at...

We got to the register, and we waited for about 5 to 6 minutes before anyone said anything and when she did she said go to the kiosk machine we told her we didn't want to we wanted to pay cash at the register she said there's no one at the register but there was a gentleman that was walking back and forth behind to the register and the soda machine refillling the straws and napkins when he came back she said to him help that man sitting there because he wants to pay cash, not us but someone else that was behind us in line so we asked her why are you having him help him and not us and she says in a very rude way because he doesn't know how to use the kiosk machine we looked at her like are we invisible so we told her we want to pay cash as well she said but the machine takes cash so I asked her why she wasn't able to help the man on the kiosk machine so he can learn and she says oh he doesn't want to so we just walked out and we'll never visit this...
