At first glance, you can tell the hotel is pretty crappy and not well maintained as a hotel should be. The only way in is pretty much through a beat up alley way. When you get in here to find a parking spot, you’re greeted with a bunch of old bikes and a bumpy road. That’s not the worst of it. The room in which my family and I stayed in was roach infested, leading us to believe the hotel was over-run with roaches because we aren’t dirty people and have never had roaches. In order to solve this problem, we bought our own big spray which, for the most part worked on the roaches. Another problem we had was housekeeping only came ONCE out of the week we stayed and that was to find a broom they thought they had left in our room. Mind you they had never been to our room to ask if we needed house keeping like some of the other rooms. We assumed the rooms were cleaned every once in a while because of the way the beds looked. The bottom of the beds were covered in brown stains. To sum it up, I wouldn’t recommend this place unless for prostitutes. $284.95 poorly spent. Thank you and have a good day. P.S. The WiFi is poor so if you have kids that love technology, they’ll be bored out of their mind.

Multiple signs outside the property claim $49 plus tax per night. This is an outright boldfaced lie. I was charged $205 for two nights and a week is supposed to be $276. Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING. The front desk just made excuses, oh it comes out to that when You rent longer term like weekly or monthly. Well again that is not what the signage says and if you know the signs are old, TAKE THEM DOWN. My room was not worth that cost, the tile floors made my feet black and there was black mold under the rim of the toilet. Highly disappointed and left feeling ripped off.

I paid $130 plus tax for one night and i booked 2 nights for $300.23. Roaches were everywhere in our first room. I complained to the office and they moved me to another room the next might and yet more roaches. I did not pay over $300 to be sharing my room and bed with roaches, not 2,2 or no over 50 roaches in a matter of hours. I turned on the kitchen light and they all ran all over the walls counters and cabinets. Do not stay here its horrible! The staff didnt seem surprised about my complaints...just sad they charged me so much freaking money!

When I looked up the property it looked so nice but when I checked into my room I was installed meet with roaches. The front desk was of no help, I was only offered to change rooms but who was going to chance the other room being worse? So I chose to stay, I went through 3 cans of roach spray, a bottle of bleach, 2 bottles of awesome and they were still attacking! The critters were so bad my son would point to the ceiling saying "bug" when I tell you they were EVERYWHERE! So I stayed up all night watching the bed, ceiling and walls to ensure nothing was crawling on my baby or our bed. If it weren't roaches it were these red and black spiders! There were some light brown ones I would see coming from the lamp at night. I would wake up constantly feeling like there were bugs crawling in my hair or on me UNDER the blanket! When I went down to rebook for more days I spoke with the manager, it seems as though she liked the damn roaches or live with them at her house because she gave me an uninterested look, as if I was irritating her. At the end of it she was of no help either, all she could do was offer a new room or roach spray after I asked for a discounted room. I told her I have 3 cans I went through in 2 days. Someone died in room 179 recently and all they did was wait a day before they had housekeeping clean it out and when corporate came that was the only time I saw the manager walk the property or outside in general! I've stayed at hotels before and I would see the manager at least once a day but here? Ha! Someone has to die or call the police or cause a disturbance for her to show her face! The rules say no visitors unless checked in at the front desk but I see plenty of people come and go to rooms that they are not registered to but management says nothing! The children do as they please! They turn the ONE ice machine off because instead of telling the parents what the children are doing with the ice, because the rules say no one under 18 allowed on property without parent. Sooooo why everyday do you see children playing by the snack and ice machine? There are children going to the pool! WITHOUT parents. They pick and choose who they allow to do what and it's disgusting! They have prostitutes staying and working but they say and do nothing. Just this morning there was a guy sleeping as soon as you pull in past the security gate. Just sleeping on the floor. At first he was fully dressed, came back from the store his privates were out. But time another person pulled up I'm hearing he's completely naked. I guess the ambulance took him away because when we left he was no longer there and police were at the front. It's like you can't breathe staying here. You are restricted to your room as soon as you exit your car. If you smoke too many cigarettes it's a problem because you are going in and out OF YOUR ROOM THAT YOU PAID FOR! They don't want you outside your rooms even if the fire dept came and said everybody had to clear the area smh, they don't want you to have friends in your building because you'll be outside hanging out. You have to be in your rooms unless you are going to your car to leave. I would not recommend this hotel. Even as your last resort I would not recommend this hotel. The only person I liked was Isabella! The rest of the front desk workers are rude, don't try to help and are not considerate at all. I'm still waiting on that second visit from pest control! This hotel? I do not recommend! Not even as a last resort! It's full of drug addicts, prostitutes, snitches and bad mind people. Everyone that stays there is on some sort of drug it seems like. I have pictures but I don't see an option to add them here so I will try another review site. Also! The prices that are being promoted are not as shown and they do not honor the prices shown either! If they don't have the promotions going as advertised they do not honor it and the billboard doesn't get changed! It doesn't say taxes aren't included so the prices are never correct. It's better to call rather than assume the prices shown...

I stayed here this past weekend. 10/26/19 and 10/27/19.I stayed in room 148. I paid $59 per night plus tax for a total of $71.26.The lady who check me in was nice, the cleaning lady was nice. The outside of the property was ok. For $71 a night I expected the room to be nice. However it wasn't.The furniture, bathroom, and basin could definitely use an upgrade considering the price. The A/C is dirty and missing some vents. But I decided to make the best of it because I was exhausted, it was late at night when I got there and I'd already paid.My first night there I was so exhausted from my trip. That I just fell asleep with the lights on. There was a lot a foot traffic because I was on the bottom floor. However the 2nd day it was horrible. I had two friends over to visit me and a roach crawled on my friend's leg. She screamed flicked it off and stepped on it.I had hoped that was an isolated incident however later on that night when I was sleeping I felt something crawling on my arm and turned on the light to find a roach crawling on me. Then I saw all these roaches running behind the headboard.and I realize that the roaches have been crawling on me the whole time I was sleeping and I didn't know it was I was asleep.it was about 3 in the morning when I discovered the roaches crawling all over my bed. I also found a roach crawling inside of my travel bag where I keep my medication as I packed up to leave.I called the office several times at 10:50 a.m. to voice my concerns but I did not get an answer and I assumed they were checking out guests. However when I got a chance I called the office and spoke to the office manager name Alejandro. She said "first of all let me tell you you're not getting a refund."So now I'm offended. I had a horrible night in a roach-infested room and then I have a horrible manager tell me I'm not getting a refund when I didn't even call to ask her for a refund. I called the manager to inform her that I could get past the outdated furniture and room. However for $71.26 a night a guest should not have roaches crawling out of the headboard and all over the bed and me while I'm sleeping. Her response was she would have someone go examine the room.I told her to make sure they examine that headboard because that's where all the roaches are coming from. She was rude, unapologetic, and acted like she didn't believe me. And I know I'm not the first guess to voice my concerns about roaches. That's why after the front desk clerk filled her in on why I was calling and transfered me to the manager the first words out of her mouth was I was not getting a refund. Any professional hotel manager should go above and beyond to make their guest happy. She needs a new profession because hotel management is not for her I will never stay there again, not even if the room was free. I still can't get that disgusting roach crawling on me feeling off me. Even after a hot shower. Guest beware, take your $71 and go get a nice roach free room at a...

This was a day and night I choose not to remember after today. I stopped by Countryside Inn Orlando on 8/27/14 -Room 135 I rented a King Size Room for 1 night, my room came with 2 wash clothes and 2 towels only 2 facial soaps ..The room smelled of mildew. There was no pictures on the wall of my room, not enough wall outlets,no table or chairs in my room, this room was unfinished, the shower curtain was iodine stained red in many places the sheets were dirty, the water was cold and the tub drainer did not work so it was impossible to take a bath, there was no ice machine, they did have a very nice min fridge in the room, with no ice tray. No Bible in the bedside table. I was had friends in my room friendly centipedes and other moving bugs -in my room. I was held prisoner in my room by 2 raccoons that went up up and down the hotel parking lot. When pulling up to this place from Lee Road you should be driving a Ford tuff truck because you will damage small car driving up. When I called the front office at 4 pm I was advised by John that it was not possible to get to get some soap and 2 more wash clothes and 2 towels because security was not in the office. At 9:30 I called the office again and John picked up the phone again, so I asked if I could get 2 towels and he said no, so I asked if I could swap out the towels in my room for some clean towels instead and John told me to come get some towels from the front desk. When I got to the front John handed me 2 wash clothes and 3 facial soaps. I repeated my request and John raised his voice and stated he watched security put 2 body towels in my room on my bed, I advised John no one dropped of any towels to my room. Then he threw the soap on the floor and pushed the 2 hand towels out the whole in the window. He looked and me and screamed he was going to call the police on me keep my money and put me out the hotel. I asked him for the name of the Owner and he refused to provide the Owners name, I then asked for the manager he said he is the night manager. I told him I want to swap 1 hand towel for a body towel he refused. The security guard offered to give me 1 towel and came from behind the glass and put it in my hand. John is the most unpleast person I have ever had the chance of meeting and he made this experience even worse. I chose the hotel for the price only which from the road said $39.99 but my reciept shows $49.95 + 9.06 taxes...
