I was just in their store on Lee Road in Winter Park Florida at 3 o’clock Sunday, February 12. And I hope they read this the person at the register. Had the personality of a wet mop we were looking to buy a GPS system for my boat and he called for someone to help 10 minutes later the guy comes out in the register person at the register points me out another customer intercepts him and we’re just stood there and waited for 30 minutes while he helped the customer who just walked in the door. I then asked the person at the register when we were going to get helped and he said he’ll be with you when he can my perception was that they just didn’t care, and in this day and age, you can’t contact business like that when there’s Amazon and other Internet companies I can easily order from. Horrible experience. Went there to buy the same item I bought a couple months ago and they ripped me off. What used to be $29.99 now it was $34.99 after I called them to ask for my size. I even checked the other sizes and they were $29.99. Therefore, I'm pretty sure they just changed the label before I got there. Plus the 15" boots I got looked like they were higher and they just cut some longer ones to make it shorter 🙄. Definitely would not recommend and certainly wouldn't go back. I could just order those boots in Amazon and have them delivered to my doorstep for $30. Also the area of this location is sketchy AF. Now I got in trouble with my manager cause he's gonna refund me the $ but he said $35 is ridiculously steep for those boots that you can get anywhere else for...

What happened to the competitive pricing they adjusted for a couple years ago? Ridiculous prices now! Seriously, who’s in that much of a rush to buy ridiculously expensive boats parts, when all the “quick need” parts like, ropes, stainless steel screws, pumps, clamps, etc. are available at Home Depot or Walmart? Any specialty item isn’t going to get fixed today anyway, so go online and buy it.
