This association doesn't have their act together. As an agent I have had to follow up with them four times for them to transfer me to my new broker. Every time I call they seem not to have a clue of what happened with the application, they ask me to send them the confirmation I received from them saying that it was done, which means they sent a confirmation, but they actually never did it. It takes them for ever to do anything. The only time they are on time is when they have to collect their dues from the agents. This association should not exist. We can work straight with Supra Key and the MLS, without using an association. It has been so frustrating, it took them 11 days to do a process that could have been done in one day. I had to transfer from the Pinellas Realtor Organization to the Orlando Regional Organization, and I HATE IT!!

I was never sent my bill or any reminders to pay the bill, especially since I just paid a $200 reinstatement fee a few months back (so wasn’t going to do that again) so I thought. Fast forward to today 01/09/25 I’m working on my laptop trying to run reports and keep getting error/inactive messages. I’m like that’s odd because I’m up to date on everything no bills sent out, no reminders for bills due and no notice that I have a balance. Then I check ORRA and lord and be hold I have a balance with 3 fees totaling 300. 2 $50 late fees and 1 $200 reinstatement fee (which I swore I wouldn’t pay again). So I called ORRA and this nice British lady tried to help me but said that billing person said there was nothing she could do, which I’m sure was a lie because why not keep all the money for the company. Despite canceling the Supra Key monthly fee early, I am still being charged, and the association has failed to address this issue. To make matters worse, they never responded to my first email. Now, Maria called me on the phone, adding insult to injury, to collect money I am not supposed to pay. It's particularly troubling that if I hadn't emailed them again, nothing could have been done to rectify the situation.
