Subway — Restaurant in Winter Park

One of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. Staff was so damn rude. Ask the guy for a tuna add grill chicken footlong. He put turkey. I said sir I didn’t ask for turkey he said I did. Then I said ok my apologies but can I get turkey. He literally just started putting the turkey on the bread. He took the turkey off with an attitude and throw it back in the pan. Then I ask him did he put the grill chicken on he said yes can’t you see it. I ask him how many trays he put on he said one. I said don’t the footlong comes with 2 trays. ( I guess there foodcost high reason why he short my grill chicken idk ) . I just said let me get my money, that’s when he wanna be nice. This is the employee below in the pic. I was in a hurry so I called and spoke to Daniel and asked if he could make a sandwich for me. He said he couldn’t because so many people had not shown up last week to pick up their orders. Understandable but I begged and said I was on my way right then. Again he said he couldn’t, never asked me for my card number or anything just flat out NO. I told him I would have to go to Chic-fil-A if he wouldn’t (remember hurry) he said great and hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me again. Went to subway to get two subs. Nellie was the sandwich maker and from the beginning HE was already bothered for reasons unknown. HIS attitude got worse as soon as 3 more people entered to eat. I kindly asked for bacon and that’s when NELLIE grabbed the bacon and slammed it on the counter. He constantly repeated that he was going to make my sandwiches fast since HE was all alone. Once I presented him with a 50 dollar bill. HE freaked out and repeated that there is supposed to be a sign on the door that doesn’t accept money over 20 dollars. (which there was no sign).
