Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Winter Park

Love this Einsteins.Im here every week and everyone is super Awesome including the store manager.The only issue I ever had was a terrible attitude from the blonde shift Manager( Amy ?)who was incredibly rude about the new flavored iced coffees.She felt it necessary in an aggressive tone to make it clear that the coffee wasn't flavored but if I wanted to I could add syrup.if I wanted to. she stressed that last part twice. Mind you I ordered the drink specifically that I would like a Caramel Iced Coffee.after her aggressive correction on how to order the coffee I said yes I wanted her to add the syrup..she continued preparing it without it and making it seem in general that the Iced coffee prepping was alot of extra work and seemed really annoyed.i pointed out that I wanted to add the syrup yes..which she again gave me an attitude and finally made the coffee flavored.We(my boyfriend and I) were just in complete shock at this woman's general aggressive and negative attitude with ordering a simple Caramel Iced Coffee.Mind you we already new about the promo because we were at the Einstein's in College park and they called it A Caramel flavored Iced Coffee.and it's promoted that way all over the store.We then witnessed Amy doing the same thing to another customer.She really should not be in a customer facing role or manager for that matter.Now I cringe whenever she's at the register.Her attitude is like nails on...

It all started with my coworker wanting a good bagel early in the morning. She wanted to have a bagel from Einstein before leaving for training in the army. She made me a sticky note of exactly what she wanted to the T.

As I get to Einstein, I see that there's no parking available and I had to park across the street. Once I got inside I waited around 4 minutes before being able to place my order and once I did the lady told me I can be cashed out in another register. While waiting to be cashed out, the line doesn't have a structure and people start cutting one another. Lucky for me, there was a gentleman that seen me waiting and notified the other customer that I was first.

I waited another 10 minutes for my orders. They call for one, give an another order to a person, and after 4 minutes they call for my last order. I grabbed it and left back to my job.

Once I get to my job, I hand my coworker her order and it looked like everything was tossed on top of it. Nothing was melted correctly and they didn't even put the cream cheese on it. She called and got the issue resolved right away. She had to leave the job to go and get a new one because the first order was incorrect.

She ordered a asiago bagel sliced and toasted with plain cream cheese with onions and tomatoes with melted cheese.

Our order was Asiago cheese bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. Avo toast fresh juice and coffee. What we got- The bagel had the wrong cream cheese (plain) the avocado toast was inedible- the avocados weren’t ripe were like rubber and no flavor (I went back and was told “it’s not avocado season what do you expect?” It comes prepackaged- I asked for a refund). The juice was watered down little juice. I’d never suggest getting it. The coffee is horrible. He’s had navy ship coffee that was better. This tasted like it was made last night and left on the burner. It was scalding hot so he didn’t get to sip it till we were back in the car or I would have taken that back too. I do NOT recommend going here. There were no dairy free options for the bagels. The only dairy free option was almond milk for SOME coffee drinks. Every table was dirty and the trash cans were outside...
