This review is based on several purposed visits to make sure that I was not wrong about service. For the last 5 months on separate occasions, I have walked into this location under different names to pick up a hot n ready, placed delivery order, and had someone else go in for me to see if I received the same service.
This evening I went in to pick up a hot n ready and was going to take an extra bread and side of wings they had available. (No lines, not closing, etc.) However, when I asked if the gentleman could open the box to show that it was fresh, he said nope can't open anything due to covid. I said ok all the last times were not fresh thats fine goodbye walked out.
Funny to me, but its cool. Now, let me stop by saying every consumer has a right to make sure food is fresh and to know their money is not being wasted. Whixh has been the case for the times I came in. Mind you I spent all of quarantine ordering from this location, never once has anyone said they can't open box to show its fresh made, NOT ONCE for that reason or any other or to anyone.
Needless to say when I took them to location of those who wanted pizza after I spent quarantine bragging to them on this location, they were no good. So there is a mark for the business I pick up for, glad we have a new recommendation in place of this. It was nice during quarantine while it lasted however short those months in 2020. Read moreNEVER ORDER FOR DELIVERY!!!!! As someone who has gone to this location FOR YEARS, what just happened to me was beyond ridiculous. I ordered, at the little caeser website,a pizza, bread and pop (combined on my receipt) and a crazy puff order. I did NOT get my 2 liter soda or my dipping sauce. When I asked my driver about the drink (I hadn't realized yet the dipping sauce), he said it wasn't on my order. He left quickly. Then I called the location I ordered from, and was told I needed to call Door Dash. I hadn't ordered from Door Dash, I ordered from L.C. on the site. Suddenly, the employee and I are yelling at each other over this because he won't handle it, suddenly he hangs up on me.
Is this how customer service is handled at this location? I will never eat from there again, and I'm making sure everyone I know won't either. Another pizza chain hasn't seen me for 20 years over bad service, so yes, I will not eat LC again.
Look. Mistakes happen, yes. But to brush off a customer like that? Unbelievable. I was such a regular, that the counter knew my order as soon as they saw me. Now, one employee took my already bad day and made it worse. I just wish I was able to get a name. Ive already called corporate and received a partial refund AND AN APOLOGY, but his service failed me...
Read moreSo I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, 1 cheese crazy puff, two 2 Litter pops, and some sauce through the little Caesar’s app and it came to my house. The delivery guy dropped off my food but I was missing both pops, all my sauce, and they gave me pepperoni crazy puffs instead of cheese puffs. I called the store and the associate that answered the phone said that I can either come up there to grab the sauce or do nothing at all about it because the driver who delivered my order was from door dash. Since when did little Caesars let door dash pick up orders? So I ask to speak to the manager and he tells me the same things. I’m pissed off at this point so I hang up and drive to the store. When I get there I explain my situation to the manager in person and I even convinced him to throw in a cheese pizza inconvenience of me driving up there. Shortly after I get my cheese pizza, and the manager says, “I thought you only wanted a cheese pizza” the customer service at this place is terrible!!!!! I waited 30 mins extra and ended up paying for another cheese crazy puff. I can’t be how I was treated. I’ve been a manager for 4 years. Giving a customer 1 crazy cheese puff which is only 4 dollars will not hurt your business....
