A & G Italian Fine Foods — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

I should have taken photos but I forgot as I was busy plating the fine Italian food for my family this Christmas Eve. This is the first time I used A&G to buy catered food for Christmas Eve and everything exceeded my expectations! My family loved everything. We had the cold Antipasto to start along with the best seafood salad I have eaten in a long time. The course was Stuffed Shells, Eggplant Rollatini, and Chicken Marsala. Everything was delicious and the chicken was moist. My family was very happy and complimented the food over and over. I lived in Fords now for over 13 years and I wish I knew about this place sooner. I only found out about A&G 3 years ago by a contractor who worked on my house. I have stopped by for lunch and the sandwiches they make are great. Daily hot dishes available too.

A&G has been servicing this area for approximately 40 years. They offer a variety of Italian delicacies. They make their own sausage, that is the best I have ever had. I have friends that come from Brooklyn to get A&G Italian sausage. They offer hot, sweet (with or without fennel), cheese and parsley wheels.

The prepared foods are excellent. It's a great lunch spot. The bread and rolls are fantastic. Good variety of ravioli and imported pasta. Various imported cheeses and canned goods. Restaurant quality steaks.

Awesome place to grab a quick sammy with all the style, taste and friendliness of the neighborhood deli. If we lived closer we would be here too often I fear...if we had a cooler, we would have stocked up on all the goodies in the case for sure! Hubs and I had #11 and #18...both amazingly delish! Perfect bread and loaded up with all the goodies...and this place makes carbs not only ok, but worthwhile. A perfect place to pop into if you need a quick authentic bite!!...
