I scored it a 10 because overall my service was extremely satisfying at the end of my visit.I normally do not shop at target not due to the service just in general.This was my first visit at this Target location at Menlo Park in NJ only to get a item I had seen online. Which was a bike and it was a limited supply of the bike. due to shortages of bikes around I immediately drove over 10 miles to this specific location to check to see if they had it in stock like the website said. I went with my 7 yr old and 12 yr old sons. when I arrived I walked to the bike location (aile) which was stated on the site and only to find out the bike was not on the sales floor.So i went looking for an associate for assistance.Two associates male and female came whom apparently did not need to be working for this company.This company is provide help to the Customers.I kindly ask them to check the back room stock just to see if it was in the box in the back.They immediately with no hesitation said no this is all the bikes we have out on the sales floor and said the website are always inaccurate.They immediately refuse to check for me a customer who came to spend money.whom drove 10 miles to this location.I had literary had to get an attitude moreover plead for them to walk less than a mile around there workplace in which they are getting paid at and to do.Just to check whether if the site was wrong or not it is called exceeding the customer expectations and satisfying the customer needs. So I then felt very frustrated and ask for the manager.This guy stood with me for 15 minutes to hear me complain about how this is such an inconvience for me to have to drive so far and not see the item I wanted and not of the two of them took the initiative to kindly just say, ill just check for you if its going to satisfy you. Then what piss me off more he then lied to me and said the bikes don't come in boxes so there's no way that there's any in the back..Him not thinking, he made an ignorant statement like that.Either he needs to be trained or just go home, but he certainly do not need to be working at Target which gets a truck load of merchandise in boxes every week.As I look at him I then immediately ask for the manager. So long story Short ,Tai the manager came very friendly, welcoming, politely and willingly and check the back stock room and ended up locating the exact same bike that i wanted that put a smile on my face. Her energy was amazing,I explain to her the service I was provided before she came to resolved the issue she kindly apologies for his lack of service to me as a guest/customer and really helped out a lot.I want to say thanks to her and bless her kind heart. She is the manager and I honestly see why. I see her moving up in her position and it won't be a regret to the company.People with her outlook in life and attitude is what makes this company stay in buisness.I kindly and respectfully wish her the best of luck in her career path.    Read moreYesterday I went to target around 3:50PM ish to get some Pokémon Cards. Turns out it was restock day so an Asian lady was restocking it for about 30-40 mins taking her time.
I was waiting on a corner by the cashier and self check out where they usually put the cards. And the high end ones like the ULTRA PREMIUM COLLECTION from PokƩmon.
The lady restocking it opened up the box where the UPCS were and several sports cards. Of course those are high demand so it was saved for last. HOWEVER, when she opened up the stock box were it was. The Asian lady was cautious of what she pulled out and IMMEDIATELY put it back inside a box and told another employee to PUT IT AWAY. I was curious why they never put it on the shelf.
So I asked the manager a lady with Glasses if they have it. And we proceeded to the area again where it was trying to show me whatās left. Then the Asian lady was there insisting whatever they have left on the shelve/case was only available. Apparently, higher end boxes goes to a āsecurity roomā so the manager ask a tall white dude who must be the head of security if they have it. And he said no right away with a smirk on his face telling me āoh the 125$ā boxes right? And I just said yes.
These EMPLOYEES straight lied to my face when literally I saw that ASIAN lady pull it out from the stock box and told another employee to put it away. How she gonna tell me they donāt have it when I literally saw her pull it out the box? Then playing dumb as if I donāt know what Iām talking about? Mind you that security guard and manager was also in the area as they were trying to evacuate the card area cos people were lining up.
Me and a friend of mine saw it both happened and I just left after that experience.
Target train your employees accountability and integrity. Iām pretty sure those boxes are never sold there because the UPC are high end and can get resellers so much profit. Some of these employees are in there putting it in their pockets .

We received some target gift cards on my son birthday and Today B4 going to target we just checked online how much each card has,and when we get into their target site once we entred gift card number it showed balance 50$ then it directs to fb and we got doubt n immediately closed the page. And when we hit the store n purchased some items which billed around 70$ and when we gave that 50$ gift card they told itās invalid we canāt do anything then we gave another gift card worth 20$, they redeemed it and for the balance (50$ card) they asked us to go n check in exchange&returns section while we asked for the receipt for 20$ she told no need u go n show this receipt alone (about deniel of gift card). Then in exchange&returns also they told we cannot do anything call customer care, then in customer care they told ur 50$ someone transferred today to some other gift card so we canāt do anything for it. Then here the worst part happened then when we asked to return that 50$ gift card for further complaints.. from a lady on the counter she was telling I gave it to someone when asked that someone she was telling I gave it to someone I donāt know, finally it was missing ok we almost gave up ok leave it just get the balance amount from us what we ve purchased now after 20$(gift card) they asked where is that gift card we told in that counter that lady didnāt return us and when we went to that counter and asked, she was showing more than 20 cards and told sorry we canāt find it as she abandon the purchase u made n didnāt make receipt we cannot do anything. so this 20$ also loss n totally 70$ loss. More than this we didnāt get any proper apologies nothing other than a word we canāt do anything we canāt do anything...
