today I was banned from ever ordering from them again because I was an upset customer (without being disrespectful nor cursing) just upset how I placed a pizza order at noon today and it got delivered 2 hours and a half later at 2:35pm today. I live 7 mins away from this Dominos. I have an autistic daughter that waited over two hours for a cold pizza that I sent back with the drive when he arrived 2.5 hours later after I had received a text that my driver Miguel was on his way at 12:30. when I tried calling the store (4 times) I was hung up on 3 times and on the 4th time someone picked up and stated "hold" and I was on hold for 27 mins! ( the last screenshot I took I was on hold 21 mins didn't get a chance to take another screenshot as call was disconnected) only for them to ask me what's my address and place me on hold again where the call was then disconnected.I called my husband and he went to the dominos to request a new pizza as we waited over 2.5 hours and got a cold pizza. the pizza box also looked damaged as if it was stepped on (I took image) my husband gets there and ask to speak to the manager to let them know what happened. Hector claimed to be the manager who turned out to be extremely disrespectful to my husband and there was some back and forth. Hector (the manager) then told my husband that he is refusing to take our order (mind you our order was paid for) my husband said ok no problem please refund me my order. Hector now refused to refund our order so he refused to make us a new pie and also refused to refund us our money back where my husband now had to call 911 (case #24068970) while my husband waited for police to arrive the driver arrived with the pie that I refused and my husband stated thank you for bring this back so I can show the police what you guys just tried to deliver to my house ( a damaged box and cold pizza. the box looks like it was crushed) the driver Miguel hands the damaged box too my husband where Hector now walks around the counter and aggressevly yanks the box out of my husbands hand and said "give me back my food and get the hell out of my store" ( someone please review the camera footage from this day to prove how aggressive Hector was where my husband stated that he thought Hector was going to strike him) police finally came and only then was when Hector refunded our order and also informed police to let my husband know that we are banned from ordering there again. Not that I feel comfortable ordering from there again afraid that they will do something to our food but the lack of professionalism, respect, service from a manager and quality from a food restaurant is unacceptable. If we had went in there cursing, screaming, being disrespectful etc. we could understand Hectors action but that was not the case and the way that this manager handed it and then being childish by refusing to provide us with the food that we paid for nor a refund is no way to run a business and so unethical. I have never experienced such disrespect and horrible service where my husband actually thought the manager was going to strike him. This review is to spread awareness. whoever owns this Dominos needs to truly look into who's running their business and the reputation they are giving their business. such a shame that we were given this experience and now banned as having an autistic child with a fix menu, Dominos is one that she truly enjoys and now I will have to order from a different location that is now...

At around 11:30 pm we checked the update to see if it was out for delivery (1 hour later; it said it would be delivered in 45 minutes). It said that it was still getting “quality checking”. So my fiancé called the restaurant to just get an update. The guy said they were extremely busy and that our order should be there in half an hour ( we were fine with that and are extremely understanding, my fiancé said okay, no problem)! In half an our, we checked the status of our order and it was still on “quality checking”. So I gave them a call at 12:05 am (hour and a half later), the apparent manager said to me, “they are extremely busy and are waiting for the driver to come back”. There are 3 orders ahead of you.” Okay fine, I’m assuming just a little longer, it’s no biggie. They are busy. Fast forward to 1:19 AM!!!! The order is still “quality checking“!!!! I gave them a call ONCE AGAIN. I called via my fiancé’s number (the number in the order). They placed me on “hold” for 10 minutes before I decided to call via my phone number and got THROUGH immediately to the manager. I explained to him that it is my THIRD time calling and that the order was place at 10:30 pm and it is now 2 1/2 hours later and the order is still being “quality checked.” He rudely and unprofessionally says that “he cannot help me, they are short staffed and that my order is now leaving the building.” I told him sir, at this point I would like a refund. He said he could not give that refund to me. After going back and forth a few times about GIVING ME A REFUND BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WAS NOT BEING DELIVERED, he said he already issued a refund. I asked him multiple times that I would like a reference number for that order cancelation. The disrespectful manager said “he had been working at dominos for 10 years and never once was asked for that.” I wish I got the name of that manager but he was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional! I work in the service industry, I understand that when things get rough it can really get rough. But to wait 2 1/2 hours and the order wasn’t even ready for delivery yet, is unacceptable. And on top of that when I asked to be issued a refund at this point he was denying me that. NEVER ORDERING OR EATING FROM THIS DOMINOS PIZZA EVER AGAIN! Terrible...
Read moreI’ve been ordering dominos for years and this is the worst location it needs to be shut down or everybody needs to be fired I ordered a pizza cheesy bread when it arrived two hours late the pizza looked burnt to a crisp the driver told me oh it’s not burnt it’s cheddar cheese we ran out of mozzarella by the way it was burnt the cheddar cheese was burnt and the cheesy bread had no cheese it was basically just bread she said call to the store and get a refund I did sell a call to the store let them know what happened they told me they now have mozzarella with I like them to remake the food I said sure it was at 9:45 PM when I was told they were going to remake the food it was almost 12 AM when I called back then telling me my pizzas was delivered I said they were but they had cheddar cheese on them and they did not look right and I was told they were going to be remade the person who answered said hang on came back and said somebody picked up your pizzas I said how could that be I’ve never left my house then he came back and said the person who gave your food away is in training and he gave your food to somebody else the initial order that I made was at 7 PM at 11:43 PM they told me my food was given away this location is horrible they are non-professional they don’t know what’s going on it sounds like they’re all high I don’t know what’s happening but they need some kind of supervision in that store because nobody knows what they’re doing this is the worst location and it’s the only location that will actually deliver to me also they never ever ever cut the pizza I’ve ordered from this location befor and the pizza...
