I asked for a iced coffee with no ice because I didn't want it too cold. They lady told me THEY CHARGE FOR NO ICE.
Wow.
How can you charge for NOT giving ice? What does the owner save, maybe 2 cents for giving more water brewed coffee in place of the ice? I got a message for the owner: you are SUPER CHEAP and it's PATHETIC.
Edit: I read some of the other reviews and the CHEAP AND PATHETICNESS of the owner is unfortunately a shared experience with other customers. One lady was charged for hot water to warm her baby's milk, another customer spent $100 in the store and was still charged over $2 when they asked for an empty cup. One more customer said they put ONE egg in their sourdough bread sandwich instead of the TWO eggs that every other locations put inside. Wow just wow. How pathetic and cheap is the owner? Is he Mr. Crabs from SpongeBob Square pants?
Edit #2: I called a few other dunkin donuts in the area and ALL of them said they don't charge extra for no ice. And ALL of them said they put 2 EGGS in the sourdough sandwich and not ONE egg like this place does. The owner is RIPPING OFF...

Got the coffee and got onto GSP N. within two sips, I started feeling uncomfortable and called emergency. Looked at the coffee and it says CREAM. I am lactose Intolerant and have serious issues with cream. Called the store, talked to manager and he had the lamest, the most non-plussed response. He said "what can I do for you"? I was able to call over there and get someone on the phone who maybe didnât have her âownââcup of coffee yet, I explained to her the situation, she said ok hold on, after about 30 seconds of listening to her yelling in a different language, I was waiting for her to come back on the line so I could properly apologize, my mistake, but she picked up the phone and said i donât even know and hung up on me. I will change the rating as long as I get my money refunded back...
