Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Very spacious, large, clean, and has a homey feel to it because of the multiple couches. Nice spot to share a coffee with some friends and enjoy a few conversations. The bathrooms are also well cleaned. Only thing a little awkward is the ATM machine, being so close to the adjacent table; basically if someone is sitting at that table and you need to use the machine, it gets super awkward because of the fact that you feel as if they are "all up in your grill", watching you. It's not their fault though as the placement should be improved. Customer service and food is very typical in the way of it being what you would normally expect at any Dunkin Donuts. There are a few occasions where you'd have to repeat yourself multiple times for a single order to get placed because of the language barrier, but nothing worth getting upset about. Overall, it's the best and my favorite Dunkin I've ever been...

The ladies who take orders have too much fun with their colleagues and don't listen to the customer ordering in drive thru. One can hear them laugh so loud that there is no way they could hear the customer. On top of that, they go 'helllllloooo' as if the customer is sleeping on the wheel. By the time, I had already repeated the order 3 times. The management should ban them from talking in Gujarati among their colleagues. They should be talking only in English. It is really disrespectful to talk about the customer in front of the customer in foreign language. For these kind of behaviors, these ladies never apologize. They just walk away from the counter like they knew that they were right and the customer is being a moron. With all that giggling, these ladies screw up the order most of the time and again never apologizing. A bunch of Neanderthals...

i could bet my life that these "positive 5 star reviews" are from people that work there. matter of fact i think one of them is from the chick who screwed up my order this morning! -_- I swear if I could avoid this DD i will. They NEVER get my order right and WHY WHY WHY am i always being shorted on my hashbrowns. i should be getting 6! NOT 5, and DEF NOT 4! it's frustrating because it's EVERY SINGLE TIME! are you really saving that much on shorting me a dang on hashbrown or two EVERY TIME! then, i asked to sub me a coke for the iced tea/coffee it comes with and instead of charging me the difference, they charge me for an additional coke. What's the pt of getting the damn combo, paying $7 and change for $3 worth of food that i'm not getting right in the first place?! i'd rather go to mcdonalds if that's the case! get it...
