Update 2(7/21/22) We visited them and they were almost closed. They still helped us find an awesome ring for daily use and we were able to find two that we liked and eventually selected one. They shipped the ring to us in Connecticut after resizing and it just arrived today. The ring is eternally beautiful. Thank you Nihar and team.

UPDATE - The Diamond certification/appraisal is by GAL that is Gemological Appraisal Laboratory of America. It was my first time buying diamond jewelry and I did not realize that there is hardly any info available about GAL on web. I am still happy with my purchase but would have been happier if I realized about the certification earlier.

Staff here is passionate about their diamonds and jewelry. Spent some good time here finding the perfect piece for my wedding and it was good to know they provided breakdown of diamond, gold and helped us understand net weight vs gross weight of the products. I reached around 6pm and spend a whole hour with them discussing various things. They are yet to ship me the diamond certificate of my jewelry (it's 5* once I get that delivered at my home)

We re-visited Maaya Fine Jewels within 3 weeks of time to check new collection of sapphires they received. I have never seen Diamond Necklace with Multi color Sapphires. Really it was so unique , especially the shape of sapphires with high quality diamonds mesmerized us , Nihar ji and his Father has explained the whole peculiar efforts for such design ,quality and as usual we got THE BEST price at Maaya , its beyond our budget but worth stretching for that master piece .

I was also exploring Jhumkas for my previous diamond necklace, and when we asked for custom-tailored design from my specific photo collection of design , they gave me few options in design how that can be customized and had a well discussion with Niharji and his father , frankly this is my first store who are ready to make a piece with all expected changes, they do share 2-3 sketches with lot of options so I can use for various events …. For customization customers this could be definitely a go to place.

Me and my husband went there to bought couple ring for Valentine’s Day. Margi and Nikunj welcome us politely and really helpful to choose design for rings as we took 1 hour but they deal with us patiently and guide us very well. They have good knowledge about jewelry. After choosing one design we maneuver it in our choice color combinations dull gold and white gold with diamond in the middle they suggested us a good quality diamond. We also made changes in sizes my husband ring is quite big and has a pretty large diamond in it and mine is baby small as my fingers are very thin it was too difficult to get a ring for me I went may palaces but everyone denied to do it here they did excellent job I can say that. We were panicked and confused because we were there at very last movement and we don’t even had enough time to make it new one but it was so easy with the help of them and owner was very good he agree to made it within couple of days.
