Worst experience ever. First time coming to this Dunkin. The girl at the register was very rude and on her phone scrolling on social media while taking orders from customers as my self and my husband order she was making faces and kept scrolling on her phone and I had to ask her to give me a moment so I can see the menu to chose what I wanted she seemed very annoyed she was having to do her job mind you there was no one behind us at that moment . She was disrespectful towards another customer that she got the order wrong. He told her if she wasn’t on her phone and put more attention to the customers she wouldn’t get it wrong. She got very angry and started to tell him “he don’t tell her what to do” yelling at him while saying this. He didn’t yell at her until she started to scream at him in front of everyone and couldn’t own up to her mistake. He got upset and then threw something across to the side like rejecting the order or something. She started to scream at him very loudly even more. He only wanted for her to her to stop screaming at him. She proceeded to call the cops which worked against her because when she explained what happened she was in the wrong she also took the money for the order and couldn’t even give him a refund. Which is messed up to have someone at the register who cannot process this type of transaction. Her customer service skills are very poor. She needs to learn not to be rude and give better service not be one her phone while customers are present. The perception it gives is horrible. Poor customer service all the way through. Read moreI didn’t want to make a poor review for Dunkin since I typically love Dunkin so much, but this particular store is THE Dunkin that somehow always manages to get your order wrong. Maybe it’s my fault for placing orders ahead of time at 7:30 am…maybe no Dunkin has very basic menu items available so early. Either way, there should be some sort of warning so I know I’m not getting what I paid for.
I wanted to celebrate a student at my school with her favorite treats: chocolate and jelly munchkins. I threw in glazed munchkins, too, just in case. Pretty simple order if you ask me. I was in such a rush to make it on time that I just grabbed the container and ran.
Well, when it came time to giving this student and her friends these treats, we were all so disappointed to find 25 glazed munchkins. No chocolate or jelly filled in sight. Thankfully they were all really sweet about it, saying, “It’s ok, they will get eaten anyway.” But the disappointment really upset me. I promised this specific treat, and I let her down. This may sound dramatic, but I paid for these munchkins. I ordered ahead. I gave it time. And yet they couldn’t get something as simple as a chocolate munchkin.
How are these items not available so early in the day? It doesn’t make sense to me. And it’s not the first time something similar happened where I opened my bag and found an item I didn’t purchase because they somehow didn’t have the one I did. They gave me everything bagel bites (ordered plain) that literally smelled like rotting garbage. I am not an expert at predicting bagel bite ages but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell that these were at least a week old. I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was served to me black (also smelled like garbage) and hard as a rock. The workers dont speak a word of english and are incredibly blatantly racist, “people like you give fake bills all the time” their exact words. This location needs to be sold, visited by immigration enforcement, get a health and safety inspection or all three. I will be informing the appropriate authorities and hope to see a quick shutdown to this God forsaken...
