The two employees were engaged in conversation and did not bother to greet or acknowledge me until I was standing in front of them for about 30 seconds. The cashier finally took my order of a medium latte with almond milk and a shot of French vanilla syrup. The medium size is offered for $2 from 2-6pm. I came to this location the previous week and was charged $2.13 for this exact latte. This time I was charged $2.67. When I had told the cashier that I was only charged $2.13 the week prior, the other female employee chimed in and said that “almond milk is an extra .50.” I told her if that was the case, then I didn’t get charged for it last time and your prices need to be consistent. They both looked at me blankly. The male cashier then proceeded, in an entitled tone, to question me about what day and time I visited when I was charged $2.13. I told him that it was the same day and time, even though I felt it was inappropriate of him to be questioning me. I was again met with blank stares. The female employee repeated curtly that almond milk “is an extra .50”. I will not be returning to this location because these two employees were entitled and rude. Ordered an iced latte with almond milk cause I’m allergic to milk, told them I’m allergic to milk THREE times as I was making the order. They charged me extra for almond milk and then handed me a coffee with regular milk. I even asked “hey is this almond milk?” And they nodded yes. Took one sip and knew it was regular milk. Asked for a replacement and they insisted it was almond milk. Reluctantly, they remade it and then gave me ANOTHER ONE WITH REGULAR MILK. broke out in hives, thanks Dunkin 👌🏻

Also my fiancé ordered a bagel with cream cheese and said the bagel tasted like it had been sitting there for a week because of how stale it is.

I ordered 5 egg and cheese and 4 coffee and I had coupons for coffee from tmobile tuesday for free medium latte and the guy at store didn't let me use and he said his manager strictly told him to use coupon only on tuesdays not any other day. I explained him coupon is valid on others days too why just tuesday he said he's doing what he's been told to do. It was a worst experience and if you guys can't accept coupons why do you participate in these types of promotions, I love Dunkin donuts and I am highly dissappointed with this type of service and I am going to give ZERO star...
