Where do I start, so the tops of the games state 4 credits per play yet way down low where you swipe your card and can barley see it's actually 12 credits , I e mailed them and they agreed and gave me a 20$ card but yet to fix the issue , Then I won the cut the rope game and dropped a giant sonic the hedge hog but the prize door would not open i took pics and e mailed agian they responded saying how do we know you were the one to win it ? I said well here's the time and day I was there you can check the cameras that clearly show the game and even told them what I was wearing, never got a email back... So since it was Xmas time and was in the mall I decided to go waste some time and play over the edge , I won a grand prize that got stuck between the glass and drop box because it was too big of a prize, I sent e mail w clear video proof and they said ok give us you Venmo and we will reimburse you, I sent my info and it's now been over a week and still no refund or reply to e mails, if you see these arcades stay clear they are simply there to scam you and mislead you, there's no workers at the Woodburn location, there's no phone number to call just a e mail that they don't like to reply too ..... Waste of...
Read moreFirstly, all these 5 star reviews are bought: if you leave them a 5 star review you're supposed to get a $5 credit. Illegal much? The claw machines keep getting more rigged so you can't actually win anything. The cost to play is waaaay too expensive for this tired mall arcade (their response to reviews saying this is to give them more money so games are cheaper lol nice try). Tried reaching out to Funtastic at the email they love to toss around with no response when I had an issue with my card not working (but they sure took my money). The stations where you purchase/reload a card also lag frequently which can result in you getting overcharged easily. You also cannot back out of the prize redeption station once you scan your card to redeem something for tickets. Save your money and don't waste...

When we arrived, there was nobody in the arcade, but all of the games were on. I went to buy a token card, and the software on the machine crashed. No big deal, I went to the other machine, but the same thing happened. I spent about 15 minutes trying to restart the software to try again, but it just kept happening.
I called the only available phone number to see if somebody could help, but nobody picked up.
I spent another 20 minutes trying to buy a card. No luck.
I was there for maybe 45 minutes in all, and nobody ever walked in to see that everything was working. Horrible experience, and very disappointing for my son.
If you’re going to have a no-personnel DIY arcade, maybe make sure the...
