Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodbury

Went to this Dunkin, which USED to be my favorite store, with my boyfriend today, it is under new management and has just hired many new employees, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. We stopped at Dunkin this morning to get our usual, a pumpkin mocha iced coffee and a mocha coconut iced coffee, we get to the register and first of all, the boy working the register had no clue how to run the order and needed help from another employee, we waited in the drive thru for about 3 minutes before even being handed a coffee. He hands us one, which was supposed to be MOCHA COCONUT, there was no mocha in it, and then hands us another one and says "Here's the blueberry" Blueberry!? Where do you get blueberry? So we give it back to him and tell him what we actually ordered which was pumpkin mocha and he says something to his other two coworkers in the store and I can hear the female employee complaining, so they make a new coffee, give it to us AND AGAIN IT IS WRONG. They made an iced coffee with coconut, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PUMPKIN MOCHA. Here is a description of the three idiots working there today so you know for future reference when you see them that they will mess up your order, a white boy with tattoos and a very hood-sounding voice and dark hair, a tall black boy, and a pale white girl with pimples and blonde hair. THEY WERE ALL EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND...

I received a free coffee coupon from registering a gift card. I was super excited about cashing in my free coffee today as I hadn't had time to brew my own this morning. The store was practically empty. The only customers were an elderly gentleman and myself. There were 2 workers. I ordered a medium, sugar free french vanilla, black. The worker then repeated black coffee back to me, and then to his co-worker who was prepping my coffee.

Had it just been flavorless, I could have lived with it. But halfway back to work I noticed that it wasn't remotely close to what I had ordered. It was filled with both sugar and creamer. It tasted like the sugar cookie coffee (which is an awful sugary concoction that I vowed to never order again).

I had to drive back and request a new coffee. I was apparently the second person in a short while who did not receive the proper coffee, so they replaced it. I reiterated what I had ordered originally while I removed the lid to show him that my coffee wasn't right. Since they use Styrofoam cups, the coffee tends to stay molten hot for quite some time. I'm now sitting in my office, sipping a flavorless black coffee.

I will not be returning to this location...

This place is understaffed. If you order online, go through DoorDash, NOT Grubhub. The Grubhub driver did not check to see if my order was complete. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 3 hash browns, 3 coffees and 6 doughnuts. He did not notice our 6 doughnuts were missing.

Despite the screw up, I would have given this place 4 stars, but it took them seven calls over ten minutes before they answered their phone. When I did finally get them, they asked if I could come in and get them, since they don't personally employ a delivery driver. I don't drive, that was the entire purpose behind getting it delivered. Grubhub, etc. doesn't make it easy for managers to get a free delivery, so I blame them for this.

I filed a complaint with Dunkin Donuts website and within an hour the man who owns several of the Dunkins around here called me and said he'd talk to the manager who allowed this to happen. He also gave me my doughnuts and a free iced coffee and a...
